As the devices are similar will any of the dev here be intrested in taking a look at our device and hopefully port something to it, we dont evn have a custom recovery.

Provide me a boot image of your device and I can build a recovery for it..
Also, do you have root access? If yes, see if you can find a file called config.gz in /proc/
i.e., give me /proc/config.gz
That will help determine if your device is indeed close to E7..

I know it's too late since your last post. But now only I happened to see this and yes we are still in search of a custom recovery. Here is the link to download the boot image. Ours is a CDMA cum GSM single sim phone. Also memory card slot is there, cam is 13MP/5MP and no fingerprint sensor. I just bought ZTE Blade 3, low-budget smartphone. Successfully rooted with famous ICS method by Bin4ry from this forum. There are no recoveries and roms . My only problem is how to install Adreno 2xx graphic drivers for armv7 device from Qualcomm site? To enter stock recovery I use Volume up+Power and after splash screen press Back button. There are options for upgrading, but after file verification zip didn't install, it's intended for ICS upgrades only. I send e-mail to ZTE but no answer so far. Drivers are Adreno 2xx User-mode Android ICS Graphics Driver (ARMv7)) with name Adreno200-AU_LINUX_ANDROID_ICS_CHOCO_CS.04.00.03.06.001.zip. from developer Qualcomm site, section tools and resorces.
Please help, I assume that must be done with some adb commands but I dont know how...

You cannot download the drivers from the Qualcomm site and expect them to work universally. They have to be individually modded for each device by a developer, then flashed

I don't know about the CWM project for the Blade 3
And yes. Some software like Beats Audio can be flashed universally without Modding

i have tried doom lord (zergrush ) , superone click , z4root , unlock root
i have tried some manual commands

So, last I bought me a ZTE Blade 2. I am very happy with this phone, and it is my first android phone. I tried to root my phone with a guide on the modaco forums. After trying a few times, it worked perfectly. This was also the first time I rooted a smartphone. Then I wanted to flash a new rom, because someone told me it was a great rom (cm9 or something like that. I googled it and found a rom for the "ZTE Blade 2". I tried to flash the rom, but it failed. Now my homebutton doesn't work anymore and I can't receive phone calls, but I can call other persons.
By googeling what was wrong I found out that the rom was for the ZTE crescent/ San Fransico II. It seems that the Crescent is also reffered as the blade 2 since it is the succesor of the san fransico I. In the beginning I was confused, butr now I know these 2 phones are completely diffrent.
After I found the problem why the rom would not flash, I want searching for a solution. Seems I could repair my ZTE by installing a stock rom. I can't find a stock rom and poeple tell me there is no rom availabe for the Blade 2, not even on the ZTE site itself. I also found that I could repair it by flashing my back up. but while i was formatting my phone in the CWM recovery I also formatted my SD card, so I lost my back up to. Now my question is, can I install someone elses back up file? and if that is possible, would someone who ownes this phone be so kind to give me a back up? If there are other solutions, I would like to know, every idea is welcome!

It should work without any issues. But can't say with 100%. Try it yourself. Just make a backup before.

sorry,i dont have e7 but iuni u2,which is simaliar to gionee e7.and my device have 3GB ram working well with this rom.
Besides,I dont know whether it would work or not.I couldn't even promise that this rom would do no harm to gionee.
I just find that gionee e7 doesnt have a stock rom and want to share it.if you are interested in this rom,you can backup your system and flash it.
Hoping it would work well with e7

i got iuni u2 rom known as V3 Rom and cheeked. i understand both device have same hardware. i installed rom v3 which one got from pittech forum website.Rom already modified for gionee E7(General Mobile Discovery Elite) thereafter installed, received official update from iuni 2 rom new update, while updating it gives error "its different device". if anyone recompile and port for gionee than will work only.

I think your english is very good.
Besides,the error "its different device" may be caused by the device check function in updater-scripte.
you can delete "getprop=. . . . . . " in meta-inf/com/google/android/updater-script.
Then you can flash it.
BTW,the official rom is battery-wasting and not so smooth.
most of iuni u2 users are using stockrom,miui or tos.

Whenever you upload Iuni2 official Firmaware upload 32GB/3 GB Ram firmware.
I read too many peoples using iuni's rom but problem is they are getting only 16GB storage space due to its source OS is 16 GB
recently you share link of Allview xtreme mini firmware for Gionee E7 ? what's new in this firmware ? its worth to try ?

Sorry fella, but as your device is a clone, nothing on this site will work. If you try to flash any of the resources from here you could end up bricking your device. You need to do a Web search with the device details you provided, and see what comes up in the search results.

These are only suggestions on a direction...make sure you verify the device is the same.
Out of interest, do those cloned phone have a recovery system that lets you flash .zip from a SD card?
If you, you could simply find a launcher and flash one from there.
