Hi,
After successful release of my previous rom (HarshGinger) for my previous device i would like to share my first ROM for this device.Note that i created this ROM for my personal use, but if you're missing anything or want anything feel free to post here.I'll try my best to fulfill it.
Note that i don't like to theme because it requires too much time.So i've not themed anything.Thats why it is a pure touchwiz experience and touchwiz is not that bad in look.It just sucks in performance.primary aim of this ROM is to provide light, fast and stable system.I saw that there is no active stock based ROM for this device (correct me if i'm wrong).I'll keep updating this ROM.And yeah forgot to mention this ROM was built for i9070.But i think changing tee folder will make it to work on i9070p also (still not familiar with this device). Now i'll keep digging in to framework and apps for improvements. Please stay tuned for updates.Updats will be stand alone installer. So it won't require to download whole ROM again. And it is important to back up your current ROM before flashing this one.
CAUTION:Read entire post before flashing the ROM.
CAUTION:This ROM don't support dual booting. This ROM will always be installed as primary ROM.

Tips,Tricks,FAQs and commands...
So we have installed HarshJelly on our device now how to enhance performance with it...
First of all disable UI sound and haptic feedback (haptic feedback is disabled by default). They drain battery and affects performance.
Second thing, Go to SuperSU settings and disable notifications. There will be glitch in granting permission when they're enabled.
HarshJelly comes with some commands.Their usage is listed below. To use them, just open terminal and write any of them
zalignx:It'll zipalign all the system apps and installed apps.Do it once in a week or after installing some apps because system apps are already zipaligned. Originally this was created by darky (sorry i don't know the actual author) and i modified it for better compatibility.
vac:It'll vaccume the all the databases.Credit goes to zeppelinrox.Read his supercharger thread for more info.Execute it whenever you get sometime. This process will be too fast when fsync is disabled but it'll take wome more time when fsync is enabled.
clearbloats:This will remove all the bloatwares from system.Use this with caution because this can affect system's stability. You can get random FCs.Normal users won't have much effect but advanced user will miss some functionality.Note that I won't listen to any bug after executing this command.
restorebloats:This command reverts changes done by clearbloats
Click to collapse
Use cocafe's awesome cocore kernel for better performance
Don't install unnecessary apps like anti-virus softs, battery saving apps etc. Most of them are crap. They uses a lot resources but provides very little through put.
Some tips for GPS Setup: By default this ROM will use samsung's gps.conf.But if you want more fast and accurate GPS then get some NTP servers for your country/region from pool.ntp.org and replace them to /system/etc/gps.conf.
GPS performance can further be increased by clearing and downloading AGPS data periodically. To do so use GPS test app from market.
Now let me clear some concepts regarding to RAM Consumption.I've seen many people crying about low free RAM and using task killers to leech as much as RAM is free.First of don't use and task killers and let android manage the RAM and apps.By using task killers you're interfering with OS.when you kill any service android will try to execute it again. So again it'll need to load some data in memory and it'll consume CPU again and it'll drain battery.About free RAM most people believe that some lags appear due to high ram consumption because most people uses Windows and have a little knowledge about linux and it's kernel.Android is designed in a way that it should utilize all the RAM.So it'll cache resources in ram for future usage in-spite of removing them after exiting from apps. It'll release all the mem which were used for caching of resources whenever any app needs it.So don't think about free ram.And also Jelly Bean's framework is too heavy so it'll consume more RAM.So less free RAM is not ROM's problem.
Disable keypad light to save some more juice.
About the nano text editor , it is very usefull tool in case of boot loop.It is best used in recovery with Aroma File manager's terminal. It lets you edit anyfile in recovery in GUI.
Want better mutitasking (at some extent)? Flash Small Apps package from Add on section.
Benchmarks don't show the reality. They just represent system behavior at the moment.
Use harsh_control command in terminal for more customization.
Device is eating too much RAM, Hot Boot it instead of reboot.
Keep an eye on Wakelock Tile.If it is red, that means system has acquired wakelock so system won't go to deep sleep
Want a smooth and Lite launcher? use MINI LAUNCHER
How to use HarshJelly Tweaker:select the option you want.If there is notification about reboot, press menu and then select hotboot. No need to reboot device. If there is no notification after changing option, changes are applied on the go.No need to reboot/hotboot.
Want to report a bug? Report it along with full logcat.I won't respond to post describing bug without logs.
Q. How to put your own image in contacts tile in 4.2 statusbar?
A. There are two way to do so,
If you're using Xposed framework then it is very easy for you.Just enable HarshJelly Tweaker Module from Xposed installer and reboot device. Now you just need to put two images namely my_prof_normal.png and my_prof_pressed.png (Names are self explanatory) to /data/HarshJelly folder.Make sure that read permission is give to those files (if you don't understand just give it 777 permission). Now reboot your device, thats all.
If you're not using Xposed framework then you need to modify APK.But i've made it simple for you.Just download my patch sysui_patch.zip.Open it using winrar or winzip or similar software and navigate to patch/patches/system/app/SystemUI.apk/res/drawable-hdpi and drag and drop two images namely my_prof_normal.png and my_prof_pressed.png.Now take that zip file on device and flash it
Q. Optimum size for those pngs?
A. 400x400
Q. Why i need to put two images?
A. Because i've added fade animation there. So when you'll put your finger on it then it'll fade in second image. (TIP: use your normal image as my_prof_normal.png, now use any software and blur the same image and use it as my_prof_pressed.png.It'll look awesome when you'll put finger on contacts tile)
The specs looks nice. I'll be waiting for the download link!
Press thanks if I helped!

To MODs:
Please give me some time i promise that i'll upload it tomorrow.I can upload ROM in two parts at the moment but it'll increase amount of work on user side.I would not have posted this thread if i knew that i've uploaded wrong file.

Nope.I won't add any third party tweaks (although some are exceptions) so that user can choose between them

DevHost is famous for its problems with d/l speed so you'd better find another storage for future updates. Currently I'm downloading your ROM on 10kbps, when my usual internet d/l speed is about 20mbps.

BTW, crt-off effect has one bug: if you turn off screen using your power button without unlocking it, it will be constantly turning on itself. You can try it yourself: turn on your phone, press power button to lock your phone, press it again (you'll wake your device), press power button one more time. That's what I'm talking about.
Warning!
Before installation please read Installation process from downside. To install this ROM you need official JB from Samsung (because of modem) before and Recovery KitKat compatible.

Oh man you're crazy, thank you, great job!
PolishVodka in f2fs I can not restore the system in recovery and rom not started, but It runs the error in all applications...
Hmm, because this time I'm changed fstab to f2fs version in recovery too, so maybe this is a reason, it can restore only f2fs backup... You can just reflash ROM and format /data + /cache back to ext4 now.
F2FS doesn't make sense.
Ryt now I am on Hasta's CM 12.1, Can I flash this ROM ? bcoz, you have mentioned that shoud be on official JB ROM ?? @PolishVodka

There is JB official 4.1.2, not 4.4.1 like you wrote. If you are already on 4.1.2 with mkaluza kernel or cocore kernel or you are on 4.4 rom, then you don't need to flash official JB.
You need a custom recovery and you get it:
1)by flashing cocore kernel while you are on jb
2) by flashing mkaluza kernel while you are on jb
3) by flashing any kitkat 4.4 rom
Here you find official jb: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/GT-I9070/ .
I wanna explain.
Now im in 4.4.4 Aosp Carbon KK,based on 4.1.2 official.
When i try to flash this or other release, the flash procedure work well, but in the first boot, never stop loading, but no bootloop.
Continue to loading and loading.
Why all this?
I wrong something?
Running Smooth So Far
Flashed this last night from Carbon ROM 4.4.4 and everything is looking great so far. I can confirm that Video Recording is not working. Sensors for Panorama and Photo Sphere are also not working.
I look forward to seeing them fixed in the coming updates. Hats off to PolishVodka. :fingers-crossed:
Ok...Today i reflash my phone completly....but i cant use it.
_Install official 4.1.2
_Install Carbon KK
_Install RR
Now...the phone it's unusable.
Many and many time for response, reboot, many errors 'bout system and trebuchet.
Why?What i wrong?

What I did is to:
Install official 4.1.2
Install Carbon KK
Reboot to Recovery
Did a Full Wipe (Including Cache and Dalvik)
Format System
Flash Resurrection Remix
Reboot
Booting will take some time so be patient.
I do the same.
I ve retry many times to reflash.
Maybe i wrong with the root?
Its very strange, cause i flash other rom and the result its the same

flash cm 12.1 first from any kitkat recovery
when you finish installing cm 12.1 let it boot
reboot to recovery and wipe data, cache and dalvik cache
install resurrection remix without wiping system
install gapps
and reboot
if it bootloops, then return to recovery, wipe system and install rom again
usually, a clean install rom will usually take at least 10 - 15 mins to boot completely
Yes,but i have no bootloop,but continue loading
Patlcs, for "flash cm 12.1 first from any kitkat recovery", what rom you intend?

This ROM is Relay Awesome , i flashed from Omni 5.1.1 and its working like a charm.
Thank you @PolishVodka for This Rom.
Hi everybody!!! i flashed RR from SlimKat 444 but before i tested CM 12, by Hastalafiesta, Omni And CM 12, by Polish and i made a little bit of everything, including install NovaThor settings and insert command lines on build.prop file. At last i was trying to install last Omni and completely killed my S Advance and had to restart from beginning (Odin with stock 4.12, root, CoCore Kernel TWRP recovery, Carbon KK 444, SlimKat 444 and finally RR 5.11). I've not obtained good results till now with the RR rom and a not too old (2014) improvement that i found here in XDA (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2784921) HBBTweaks this was the best perfomance ever, good stability, apps in general are in function as well, i've been testing Shazam and Angry Birds Transformers that lags a lot in other roms. Battery still draining fast unfortunately.
Still waiting for solution on camera movie mode.
Thanks Mr Polish for the awesome work on roms!!.
Quick question, where do I access the Governors?

Thanks devs. DotOs is the best rom for me.
Wow! Thank you for your work.
tks dev great rom
any bugs so far ?
I'm not writing often, but now I have
ROM installed for already 3 days:
- Very smooth and fast rom
- No detected bugs so far
- Very much customizations
- Low RAM consumption
- Good battery consumption
- Most important for me: BT in ear, in call and in car (media) works like a charm
- Streaming on TV or whatever works
- Few preinstalled apps, which can be deactivated
This is the first rom for this phone where I'm happy. And believe me, I have installed almost all available roms for sirius
It is much cleaner and faster as all the derivates of miui. At the same time it has no one of these annoying GSI-bugs.
@Etylix, @arix_arx, @hungphan2001: Thank you for your work! Please drop me a message how to make a small donation because I'm excited.
My only wish: keep the project alive and maintaining the sirius. Thumbs up! For now, my search for the best sirius rom is over.

Hi, I'm going to share my experience, hope it helps.
Always when I flashed any custom rom, aosp based or miui based, my phone booted into fastboot.
I tried all twrps, formatting data, flashing magisk, disabling dm-verity, the custom kernel, ...
Nothing booted.
So I checked if this phone has ARB, and it doesn't, so I flashed with miflash an old stable miui Oreo based (those 8.x.x.x like).
Flash 1102 twrp and install latest EU miui zip because I red it has disabled something in the kernel that doesn't let boot phone if you modify boot partition (not sure, sorry)
So you boot in eu miui and reboot to fastboot, install 0423 twrp and now normal wipes and flash your favorite aosp based ROM.
Waiting update from you

Will be about 6 hours. For today SOT is about 3 hours with 30 min. calling, 1:30 h Andrioid Auto with 1:30 h Google Maps and about 1 h music play. My Battery is now at 47%.
---------- Post added at 06:56 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:42 PM ----------
@khangcobra: had very long time this issue. Only GSI ftom AOSiP was bootable, nothing others.
First success with installing this rom as follows:
- flash phone completely with miuiflash and last developer miui (i think, 9.5.14)
- fastboot flash recovery 1227
- boot again into recovery. Format (not only wipe) data (because encrypted)
- boot again into recovery, after that dm-verfy and dont force encrypted, so your data will leave decrypted.
- boot again into recovery and only wipe /data, cache and dalvik
- do not wipe /system, as the rom installer will make that for you
- install rom, opengapps and magisk as you want.
Booting should now work. For me, the solution was NOT to wipe /system and to let the installing scipt of the rom do that.
By the way, after using the rom a while, I was able to upgrade to the latest magisk 19.3 and to boot w/o any problem. Really fine.
System time is reset after reboot
Cannot confirm. But perhaps you mean something others. Could you please post a screenshot or describe more details?
What I have noticed: USB-debugging in developer settngs is always ON after reboot.
flashing this rom with opengapps micro its boot and work like a charm
smooth af... i'd love this
and im using twrp 1227 tryng to flash magisk 18.2 (it say unable to repack boot image) and wont boot also with magisk uninstaller after that it still wont boot...
any clue ?
edit:
done with magisk 19.3
Just installed this. Factory reset then flash from RR ROM (not GSI). Looking great so far. Can confirm Wireless Display works (only rom I've tried where it does). No bugs so far, Bluetooth working. Thanks a lot! Just a question, will there be OTA updates?
a few feedback after using this rom about 5h maybe its relative depend on users
-this rom is liquid smooth and awesome
-no major bug found
-battery life just oke... not superb
-charging speed while using are not fast as miui rom but when i put it on stand by its fast enough for QC 3.0
-pocket mode make proximity sensor always active
If you remove the clock from the status bar it does not appear but as soon as the notification curtain goes down it reappears in the status bar and does not disappear anymore ..
Anything??

Thanx alot for official built
thank you so much for the official build!
Thank you so much for updating the rom ..
Im on xiaomi.eu 20.2.27 by bitnet..what is exactly the correct step to flash this rom?
Thank you so much for that ROM. I have two questions first NoFde.zip needed? second VOLTE working or not?
Tnx for the work bro
Installation failed
Hi all,
first of all, @prakaship78 thank You very much for Your effort in developing for this device! I'm more than inclined to donate You for Your work, please keep it up.
Secondly, unfortunately, the installation failed for me. :crying:
I wanted highly customizable and stable ROM, I did a lot of research before I installed unofficial build of Havoc from @Shobhit31107 yesterday. I loved the ROM and everything went just smooth for me. I read a lot about all the traps that could come up with laurel_sprout but the installation was with no issue. So I was coming to this [ROM]-Havoc-OS-3.2-[10.0]-[Unofficial]
Today I saw Your build and was very pleased. Once I saw Your nickname I already knew, that You are very supportive in terms of our device and that You know what You're doing. But unfortunately I didn't manage to get Your build to work. Whatever instructions I follow it takes me only to Fastboot or Recovery I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I've tried with Your steps in OP, this PDF and also tried with changing A/B slots. Nothing worked
I would love to keep on with Havoc OS and having it official with OTA would be the best and I wouldn't hesitate a second with the donation. I wanted to send a small motivational amount but I didn't find Your paypal account.. I would like to support You to provide a full functional ROM to our device and once I'd be able to get it to work, I will consider supporting Havoc OS developers (even though it is a little selfish)
Edit: Successfully installed back @Shobhit31107 build by PDF guide with no issues (Clean flash).
Thanks a lot, this rom is very smooth.
For me the only problem is the android auto which is not working in my car, it freezes when i connect the USB cable.
First you need to flash stock a10 zip on both slots and make it boot
After that wipe dalvik, system,data
Flash rom zip,twrp installer
Reboot to system
I just installed the ROM, and apart from a bluetooth crash that solved itself from rebooting, everything looks fine and it feels nice, except the fingerprint sensor, which flickers A LOT and doesn't work at all, so I can't setup my fingerprint no matter what I try.
Thanks for the effort, and looking forward to a fix.
Is there any way to add face unlock in this rom? I really like this feature in miui but I'd like to try havoc os.

Excuse me for the question but how do you recommend to update(from [ROM]-Havoc-OS-3.2-[10.0]-[Unofficial] ) ? Should i wipe everything or just the cash and install the rom over the unofficial older version?
Thanks!
4. Install Stock Android 10 on Slot A. after finishing, Switch to Slot B from Reboot menu and install it again.
Where can I find the zip file for Android 10?
Thx

I used Havoc on my last 3 or 4 phones and I also compiled (last year), unofficial versions of GSI (Treble) images.
I'm looking forward moving to Havoc, however I have too concerns:
1. The Android 10 stock seems not official and after the first fiasco release, pulled out. Is the unofficial v11.0.8.0 of Android 10 safe to install?
2. Which TWRP img and zip files are you using for Android 10? The official one (and the unofficial zip files) seems to be build for Pie (Android 9) vendor.
3. As we're not flashing no_fde file, can we encrypt the phone using Havoc 3.3?
I suppose, as said in OP, that this Havoc 3.3 version can't be flashed at the top of a stock 9 firmware (vendor, etc.) + AOSP Android 10 version. Am I right that to use Havoc 3.3 I need to flash Android 10 from fastboot before?
Thanks.

Yes, you need to flash 10 firmware on both slots in order to have 10 vendor, then it will be ok to flash the rom
And you can use the unofficial twrp available on xda to flash the rom
