S Planner Widget Disappearing after Lolli Update - Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys, been searching the forum but have not found a thread with similar issue.
I updated to Lollipop and i frequent the S Planner widget.
After some usage (few days) my widget goes missing. But when I hold my finger on that page long enough, it allows me to edit/move/remove my widget.
It only can be solved by removing and re-adding the widget. It will disappear again in a couple of days time.
clear cache before. factory reset before as well. didnt solve my prob.
please help

weather widget problem

hi.......i have some problems with default weather widget from accuweather.
it doesnt auto update. the refresh button from the widget doesnt work also.
only when i open weather and update it manually it updates.
factorsy reseted, same thing happens!
can this be solved?
I sometimes have this problem too, but that with Go Launcher. Never had a problem on TW! Try to remove the Widget and adding it again.
I've had problems in all roms.
Phone auto syncs fine, weather widget is set to auto update every 3 hours.
I've been on wifi & regular signal fine today, yet last update was at 1950 last night
Has occurred with multiple firmware versions, and regardless of removing /readding widget or resetting.
I've put it down to a broken widget ...
Hi. I encountered this too and doing a hard reset solved my problem. Key in *2767*3855# in the dialer. Warning though, this will wipe your phone into factory state and also your internal SD card.
ive had trouble with most of the weather widgets you can get on android not updating. Only one ive found that actualy seems to do so is the fancy widget one, and thats the only one that actually names my town too and not the one 5 miles away
Fancy Widget PRO is the way to go for weather.

[Q] Calendar Issues

The Calendar Widget on my tablet isn't changing to reflect the day of the week.
The main time and date one updates properly but the widget doesn't - a removal and replacement on the home page fixes for the day but next day same thing.
I have looked everywhere for a setting I have missed but can't see anything.
Can anyone shed some light on this and or suggest a better calandar widget that will update as required. i don't need anything too complex just something to keep track of a few appointments etc./
thanks
Are you using the regular calendar widget that is installed by default?
Yes, I am.
Sorry, I should have made that clearer in my question.

[Q] Widget problems

I'm having problems with stock widgets - World Clock and the Weather widget, specifically. The location settings keep randomly resetting and sometimes the widgets disappear completely. My brightness settings also seem to reset after a reboot.
I've only had the phone a few days so it's still un-rooted stock EUR D802.
Any suggestions on what's causing these problems and how to fix it? Thanks.

Unable to move widgets on desktop

I am 100% stock with latest update, I have never played with the system and been official from day one.
I use Google now launcher.
Today I noticed I can no longer move my widgets, if I long press them I get a message (see picture) saying Google has stopped and normally the last app used reopens.
I can move app shortcuts easy enough by long pressing, just widgets are a problem.
Restarting the phone does not help, any ideas how to solve?
Yesterdays update of "Google" solved this problem and I'm 99% sure it was caused by a "Google" update a few days ago so all good now.
