I've tried flashing ZEROLTE_USA_TMO.pit with the firmware 7.0 for my S6 edge and it bricked it. The firmware is from sammobil and the pit don't remember where got it from. Since then Nand erased all.
When Im in Odin it says:
Product name: Sm-G925T
Current binary: Samsung Official
System status: Custom
FRP LOCK: OFF
Secure Download: Enabled
Knox warranty void: 1 (0x030c)
RP SWREV B:6 K:3 S:4
After flashing G925TUVS6FRC1_G925TTMB6FRC1_G925TUVS6FRC1_HOME.tar.md5 , alone I with no pit. It gets stuck at Tmobil screen during bootup, I've left it on this screen for at least 30 mins. Im gonna repeat the process and see where that gets me.

In Odin uncheck auto reboot, after flash successful, boot directly to recovery and wipe data/cache. Then let it boot, as always first boot can take a while. At times my G925F took over 30 minutes to boot up first boot.

Hello,
I received a S5 with lots of problems.
It only boots on Download Mode, not in Recovery Mode or normal boot.
When you tried to boot it normaly or with volume up+home+power buttons, it just show the logo with "Samsung Galaxy S5... Powered by ANDROID" or this logo plus "recovery booting..."
I tried to flash multiple firmwares with exactly the same results (just change strings on Download Mode) (using different versions of ODIN and USB cables):
-G900T1UVU1ANE7_G900T1TMB1ANE7_G900T1UVU1ANE7_HOME.tar.md5 + KLTE_USA_MTR.pit (stock rom + pit, and w/o the pit)
-G900T1UVS1BOL1_G900T1TMB1BOL1_TMB
-G900TUVS1FOL1_G900TTMB1FOL1_TMB
I don't know what the previous owner made to the phone, only that he tries to flash another ROM.
Even I noticed that when I try to flash something the knox counter doesn't change.
Sticker in back says:
MODEL: SM-G900T1
SW: G900T1UVU1ANE7
HW: 1.0
Please I need HELP to revive this phone.
Use odin 3.09
I used Odin v3.09 and v3.10.7.

Is possible that reactivation lock is active. the only way to fix it is install a stock KitKat rom ROM enter in the Samsung account when it asks and then deactivate it.
Sent from my SM-G900F using XDA-Developers mobile app
G900T1UVU1ANE7 (4.4.2 stock KK) flashed but, like before, only boot in download mode.
Ignore what is said on the phone sticker, what model is displayed in download mode?
And as for the knox counter, it won't change while you try to flash only official stock firmwares.....

On this page you will find 'repair' or 'engineer' firmwares (there is one for the 900t I checked) these firmwares are used by service staff to repair software on devices.....Instead of overwriting what is already on the device, they wipe and format the device while they flash it.......
http://i.imgur.com/rVnFwJM.jpg
Nothing changes after flash. Just 'CURRENT BINARY: Stock' in Download Mode.
Have you tried to boot into recovery?
http://i.imgur.com/rVnFwJM.jpg
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE (CSB)
Not 100%, but I think that means your bootloader is locked to the latest firmware, which would mean you would only be able to flash the same or a newer stock ROM
The 'QUALCOM SECURE BOOT' line is present on my Odin screen too....

You can't really tell from this image, but every line of text above the qualcom secure boot line is bright (highlighted?), but the Qualcom secure boot line and RP SWREV line are darker.....
I'm guessing that if the 'Qualcom .......' line was brighter in the same way as the previous 5 lines of text, then it would be an 'active' feature......... @*Detection* what are your thoughts on this?
http://i.imgur.com/rVnFwJM.jpg
Just checked mine and it's the same, greyed out, I searched that line yesterday and everything I found seemed to be saying it was a lock to the bootloader due to updated firmware, so we'll need to see if OPs SECUREBOOT line is greyed out too, or bright like the rest
Although there are different coloured lines for ODIN MODE (red), SECURE DOWNLOAD (Blue) and UDC START (red), so it could just be a poor choice of colours
I couldn't take a better photo:
ODIN MODE (red)
PRODUCT NAME: SM-G900T1 (white)
CURRENT BYNARY: Samsung Official (white)
SYSTEM STATUS: Official (white)
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x1 (2) (white)
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE (CSB) (grey)
RP SWREV: S1, T1, R1, A1, P1 (grey)
SECURE DOWNLOAD: ENABLE (blue)
UDC START (red)
Photo is good enough to see the colours of the lines
Right, so it's not that then, seems others have that confused with a locked bootloader then, I got the info from reading threads here on XDA

Huge thanks for the re-upload ill flash it right away!
But whats the .pit used for i know its the partitiontable for the device, but why would i need it?
Its for flashing with Heimdall when you're accidently flashed some wrong firmware and because of this the partition table is lost and can't get downloaded from the device. i marked it with optional cause its kinda confusing
SAMSUNG SM-N915FY ODIN: Flash read failure ERROR: There is no pit binary
Good day! I just want to ask. I want to flash the firmware of my samsung SM-N915FY because I can't open the phone anymore. But when I flash the firmware that I downloaded, this is the prompt message:
ODIN: Flash read failure
ERROR: There is no pit binary
Can someone help me with this
So i'm pretty sure my phone has android 7.0 but not sure tho , if i use RealTerm to dial a number that won't help as this version of android does not allow me to hit the message or add contact so i tried to downgrade it to 6.0.1 , the 5.1.1 failed on odin so i went for the 6.0.1 and when i started flashing it failed at cache.img and i think i softbricked my phone as it gives me the error message to use smart switch and emergency recovery thing but it still can boot in download mode so now i'm searching for a fix to the cache thing so i can fix it , it if helps somehow i have an OTG cable and USB memory stick.
Bro I'm not expert but I've walked your ways. when you download the rom remove .md5 extention from the file. so that it remains with A510F....tar.
now you can open it with Total Commander and unpack contents. repack it without cahe.img into tar file and flash it back. you should be good to go. give it a try

Desable frp lock and unlock bootloader before flashing
Sent from my Samsung SM-A9000 using XDA Labs
Got lost and standed..
(reusing 'identical' thread)
Hi XDA SMEs..
I have read through every article here regarding removal of FRP of A510F. And managed to get the phone from softbrick state to working yet still locked. Currently I am running A510FXXS5CRE3 fw which is 7.0 nougat and for that I have not been able to get through with any advice on the net (realterm call, voice asistant, samsung keyboard, smartswitch USB isntall, nor HARDRESET's combination file and tool etc etc.. hence I cannot use OEM installation and USB dev mode enabled). One would say hey dude just downgrade the phone to Marshmallow right? TBH I have not been able to find working 6.0.1 fw. Am I missing some crucial basic information? Is my IMEI valid for only specific FW? I am aiming to get there stock 6 un-lock and then re-flash to 7.
When I am trying to flash in A510FXXURBDQ1 using Odin 3.13 I am getting this:
<ID:0/003> Odin engine v(ID:3.1301)..
<ID:0/003> File analysis..
<ID:0/003> Total Binary size: 2774 M
<ID:0/003> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/003> Initialzation..
<ID:0/003> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/003> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/003> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/003> SingleDownload.
<ID:0/003> sboot.bin
<ID:0/003> cm.bin
<ID:0/003> FAIL!
<ID:0/003>
<ID:0/003> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
And the phone shows - Device 5 Binary 4 - which i believe is wrong firmware that i am trying to flash due to the base got bumped by flashing 7.0
Could someone help me to determine what I am missing? After hours of downloads and hours of reading i am getting a bit :silly:
P.S. > fun part is that others here has the problem but sometimes thread gets locked with statement that OP found solution in different thread .. leaves me wonder which one tho..
Thanks in advance for your advice!
UDPATE: NO this does not work Still need your help
I got passed the DEVICE 5 BINARY 4 and ended up on DEVICE 5 BINARY 3
So ok I got one of the information that I have missed. It is not possible to downgrade to MM FW which has different version of BL and Modem.
So theoretically I f I have 7.0 A510FXXS5CRE and there is no S5 MM I will have to change version first to 7.0 A510FXXU4CQE6 and then I will be able to step down to 6.0.1 FW A510FXXU4BDQ1?
Is this correct or there is even more to it?

Then I should be able to proceed with the black magic for FRP unlock. I hope.
Got the same problem now....any solution?
Sorry no good news on my side. I gave up for now.
I have managed to downgrade to different versions of 7.0 but the boot loader version change stopped my chain whereas change from A510XXFU5CRA4 to A510FXXU4CQL7 was stopped by DEVICE 5 Binary 4 (was hoping for simple solution like downgrade one by one.. silly me).
My next step (if I find courage to do so) is to hack* (unpack) the working 7.0 and doodle with content of the file (merging it with MODEM from 6.0.1 tar as it is the step on which I have failed with Odin before).. other than that I am out of ideas..
*(theoretically I do not care if I hack it and get it working with unstable cellular connection or whatever since after the FRP unlock i plan to flash stock 7.0 anyways)

You should not to try in these conditions to flash through Odin otherwise the result will be this.
For the next, the first you have to do is check RMM state is have to be in unlock or atleast checking state not prenormal, and also your FRP and OEM unlock are ON, you should NOT to flash in this state.
The only thing that could save you is this, download this file and flash it, be careful to not cut the process and not use your pc for other jobs at same time (specially if you have a low powered one)
https://gsmxpro.com/combination-j7-pro-samsung-sm-j730-file/
Go for this version COMBINATION_OXA_FA70_J730GDXU5ARI1
This firmware doesn´t provide a complete image so reboot normally to system, enable USB debugging, check OEM unlock status that is ok, check your Google account and see again what´s on screen of download mode to can flash a complete firmware so you can use it again normally when the worst is gone.
Report if this helps.
