Here is some more gameplay footage and emulators including PPSSPP like requested! Let me know what you all think!!

Pretty damn cool - thanks! I didn't see the PPSSPP, though. Which game was it running?
I ran third birthday in ppsspp. It runs really well. Might do another now that I have more games.

I see that the screen is cut off partially on your tv, you might try an app called secondscreen.
edit: the app only works on android 4.2 and up

Can anyone help explain to me how to get psx 4 droid working on x10. I have downloaded the lite version of the emulator and paid for the psx rom buddy.
I have downloaded worms world party and air hocky through the rom buddy and as soon as i try and lauch them the screen flashs black and then returns to the screen where you choose which game to load.
Am i missing some data or info? Iv tried emailing the devs directly for both psx 4 droid and psx rom buddy and not had a responce from either.
When trying to download command and conquer after a while the screen goes black, nothing responds and only way to regain control of my phone is removing then reinserting the battery.
If anyone could supply clear instructions or point me in the right direction it would be much appriciated.

Most games need multi-touch to play. If you have a Wii remote, download the wii remote app from the market and then you should be able to play all games
Sent from my Milestone using XDA App
I'm gonna give it ago tomorow and if it works I'll be looking into getting a wii controller esp for games. This has gotta be the best way round lack of MT for now.
When the update for DNLA update is out will be able to use it to play games on a DNLA tv?
I really hope this will be possible, a completely wireless gaming experience with an x10 at the heart of it.

Optimization Tip #1 (Too Many Apps)
It's very easy to reach those numbers in no time
specially when you are a phone game addict like me
with the limitation of the i9020 not having an external SD card support i never had as much freedom as i did when using the i9000, on that phone i easily reached 500 Apps in no time, and well the slow down is obvious.
so the Trick & Tip for this session is about keeping a good balance between performance, and still have those 300+ Apps installed in the phone without blowing up on you.
Requirement: TitaniumBackup
you will probably think uninstalling the Apps that you don't need, true, but that's not always the best way, however for Apps that you absolutely do not use at least once a month, they should definitely be gone from the phone.
to keep the phone from slowing down to a claw, specially when your launcher tries to load up all those Apps & icons, simply use Titanium Backup to FREEZE the ones that you don't use very often, but are still nice to have in the phone for those "emergencies" when you really need it the most, but you wished you had them installed, and not deleted just to keep your phone from running smooth.
just keep a shortcut of TitaniumBackup some where on the desktop launcher to have quick access to the Apps to freeze & unfreeze the other Apps that you want to keep in the phone.
Also all the less used Apps you can group them inside a folder, and make a shortcut of that folder on the desktop launcher, so that when you Unfreeze them you know exactly where to look for them, instead of having to scroll through the entire Apps drawer.
Another great idea, only for those with unlimited mobile internet access, is to use the DropBox feature of TitaniumBackup, and then store all those Apps you want to keep on the cloud, and restore them when you need them
That's all for today
Don't download 50 fart apps.

350 apps????
why???
I think it would be easy to accumulate that number. However, i tend to go through and thin out the ones I dont use occasionally. I dont think id ever get to 350! Think ive got about 50 or so on there at the moment.
damn I only have 110 lol
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using XDA Premium App
Damn...that's a lot of apps
aprox 50 are actual apps the other 300 are mostly games, good games like GunBros, most of the good ones from Gameloft, EA, and many other big hit tittles in Android Market
I don't think I've ever had more than 10 downloaded... 350 is kind of overkill man. You can only play so many games...

I have 8 games on my phone right now (including emulators... i use GBCoid for pokemon yellow and n64oid for... actually I never use it). That also includes Kongregate arcade.
how can you STAND playing on a touchscreen? like I play modern combat from game loft more than any game, and playing on a touch screen sucks! my fingers always block my view (and i don't even have big hands)
Damn man. Just download them again from the market if you need to have them again. How can you possibly use that many regularly.

So to use spashtop one needs to be on the same wifi network as their desktop?
Or were you talking about splastop 2, or are they the same thing?
Spashtop2 is out on my pcs - but requires a login now with their services - blergh
i got it when it was on sale a cpl of weeks ago - its nice since you can not only play games but also use it as RDP which is nice.
You only need to be in the same network if you don't sign in - otherwise you can connect using your google account
Surely looks awesome!
How is the client on OSX, anyone tried it out?

make sure you get the thd version if you're using a tegra device. It's faster good for games. Although you must be on a fast network for this to work smoothly.
I've been playing diablo 3 and it works but it's not the best for fps games since they require good reaction times. If you have a fast network then i'm sure you could play most games.

I currently have the non-THD version of the app so is there any advantage of getting the THD version if I do not plan on playing games (since I have ATI card that is not supported in full screen) ?

I think there is some kind of splahtop app that is loaded into the stock Asus firmware, it doesnt show in the launcher but it is in the "Apps" section in settings

Is yours actually working now? Mine continues to just crash to the home screen without any errors, no matter what game I try to load. I've uninstalled/reinstalled with no change.
Sent an email to the dev with logcat, waiting to hear back. It continues to work fine on my phone (LG Optimus One P500, CM9), but it's kinda hard to play anything on a 3.2" screen once you've been spoiled by the 7" gloriousness that is the Nexus.
Do you guys hook up controllers to play? I've been playing some contra with nesoid but having some difficulty getting used to the touch screen dpad
I use an iControlpad. http://www.icontrolpad.com/ It was expensive but works great and has a thin profile so it sits in my bag nice. The phone clamp is removable.
I've been using sixaxis with my nexus 7 for all sorts of emulation and gaming purposes. I'd highly recommend it, especially if you own a PlayStation 3 already! It has run well on my 7 and my nexus s since the update in the topic post. I even got to play through Chrono Trigger: Flames of Eternity on it! Good times.

But the phone clamp fits on Nexus 7? I want a hands free solution to nN7 becomes a portable, it would be great.
It leaves the faces off the super smash bro stars like link. Its slow on Mario 64 and laggy.

You should probably email the developer and ask for a refund. How much did you pay for it again?
Try using 720p instead of 1080p.
I wasn't mad at them I know its free I just hear people say how great it is I just thought I was doing something wrong.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
Some games are just fine ,others are unplayable, I'm happy with it though. Free is free.
Sent from my HTC One using xda premium
The faces being blank in smash brothers is specific to one of the video plugins, try another one, that fixed it for me.
And for laggyness, try reducing the render resolution, this makes a big difference, the N64 isn't going to benefit from 1080p anyways
Sent from my MB860
Seems responsive enough, even on Goldeneye. But I'm displaying at 720p on my old 37" Vizio. My non-techy girlfriend is having a ball playing ZeldaoT.
