no Verizon still hasn't pushed the kitkat update

I used to have a G2 D805 variant, back then KitKat was just released for G2 but specifically the D805 didn't get the update apparently there wasnt an official build for this variant.
Now that the months have passed, can someone tell me if the D805 still hasn't gotten the official KitKat version ??
BTW: and I'm not talking about to convert D805 to a D802 build, noooop, I'm asking for a real official KitKat version for the D805 variant.

i have lg g2 d01 with android 4.4.2 which was bought on ebay and i think it's origin is in brazil or in the area.
how can i upgrade it to the latest android ver. without doing any complicated things?
