[Q] BT pairing issue with Logitech MX Master - Nexus 10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

As the title suggests, my Logitech MX Master mouse is not recognized by the nexus 10 when scanning nearby devices. I haven't had any issues pairing the mouse with my Nexus 6. Any suggestions?

Both ROM and kernel requires HID BL support. CAF and CM ROM based do.

[Q] problems connecting bluetooth-keyboard (K700) with usb-dongle over OTG

Hey guys,
I bought a K700 and already tried it with the dongle in a OTG-cable on my Galaxy Nexus and just the USB-Dongle in my PC...
Works magnificently!
However, the same is not true for the Nexus 10.
I even installed the "Nexus Media Importer" App for 2.99 as adviced in another thread.
Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks
PS: I am running stock 4.2.1 with root access
If your keyboard is really Bluetooth, it should pair in Bluetooth settings.
However, I believe the keyboard uses the unifying wireless receiver. The stock kernel does not have the drivers for the Logitech unifying receiver. You will need to install craigacgomez's kernel from the nexus 10 development section.

Trying to connect logitech mk300

Hey guys so I got a rooted nexus running latest build of rasbeanjelly with Trinity kernel. Anyways I have a Logitech mk300 mouse andand keyboard combo and I cannot get it working. I can get my Microsoft wireless mouse working but not the Logitech mk300. What doesn't make sense is that the mk300 is also newer than the mouse I was able to connect. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to get it working?

[Q] Multiple Bluetooth Device Issues

So I have the Logitech Android bluetooth keyboard and a microsoft bluetooth mouse. Both of these devices work perfectly when connected alone, but when trying to connect these two devices to my Nexus 7 at the same time, the Logitech keyboard cuts out and I have to disconnect the bluetooth mouse in order to pair it again. Has anyone else had any of these issues or know of a way to solve it? There was a time in which they both worked correctly, but I am not sure if that was 4.2.1 or something earlier like 4.1.2. I have my device multibooted and the multiple devices work with bluetooth on the Ubuntu desktop version for our Nexus 7.
ROMs tried: CM10.1 (current), PA3.1, and AOKP
Kernels tried: Franco (current) and M-Kernel

[Q] Wireless Mouse OTG

Hello
My wireless mouse doesn't work on my lg g2, running cyanogenmod 12.
other wired mouse work work perfectly
It's a logitech mouse with "unifying " receiver. it work well on my sister samsung galaxy s4, but nothing on my lg g2.
I have a lg g2 d802
I have tested it with a logitech wireless keyboard too (with the same unifying receiver) and it doesn't work
I have read here that it might be a kernel problem.

I'm a total noob with custom kernel, what should I flash ? here is my actual kernel ==> 3.4.0-CM+ [email protected] #1 Apr 25

Bluetooth HID Profile Update

Hi everyone,
Been fiddling around with my 6P, and I'm trying to connect some HID devices to the phone via bluetooth (namely a sixaxis PS3 controller). I'm using the standard method of the app "Sixaxis controller" on the android market, but unlike this video here(https://youtu.be/xOkHr9cS3GU?t=8m48s) the driver does not start.
Here is a logcat of the attempt to start the driver, and the screencap is attached below displaying what happens in the app.
Logcat: http://www.megafileupload.com/e9nh/bluetoothtest.txt (just click free download twice its clean I promise)
I volunteer my device for any testing.
It seems that marshmallow has custom bluetooth stack support as per here, there are a few options:
https://source.android.com/devices/bluetooth.html
But it seems that our 6P linux kernel does not have support for the playstation controllers as a bluetooth device, but it's possible that we can create an update.zip to system files, settings, apks and/or kernel patch(with sony components or custom work) to allow bluetooth support for this device (as well as have better support for other HID devices in general). Keep in mind this is also something we could port to other android devices, so it would be a great project.
I myself am not familiar with kernel development, nor modding for the most part, but I've found a few sources that may be of use and I'm wondering if anyone here has experience in bluetooth related work.
Obviously standard linux projects like BlueZ won't work for android(found a BlueZ for android project with greater support!), but I do know that we use a linux kernel so I'm sure something can be done. Here's what I've found:
BlueZ for android:
https://01.org/bluez-android
Ubuntu kernel mods:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Sixaxis
Support as HID bluetooth joystick:
http://www.pabr.org/sixlinux/sixlinux.en.html#
Adding bluetooth HID profile to android:
http://i-miss-erin.blogspot.ca/2010/06/add-bluetooth-hid-profile-in-android.html
An example of an android bluetooth HID profile update.zip(for a different phone):

Other Bluetooth HID implementation (cool):

Anyone capable of figuring this out?
bump
Please someone. If we can have Bluez on our 6p, it will also mean we get aptx support for awesome Bluetooth audio!
