I too would love to know if there was an application like this anywhere. With the recent news of the Pandigital Novel being hacked up, the lack of hardware buttons is the only thing stopping this from being a really decent, cheap Android tablet, and an app like this could solve it, especially if it was accessible from the notification bar.
Hi iam from Germany and looking for this also. However i saw a lot of Videos of Chinapads which hat the buttons in the bar wheres the time etc. I asked on German pages but nobody replied. Mayby someones here with a tablet who could extract the. Apk?

A idee would be to take the program tasker see : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=717303. When you have gestures you can combine it with hardwarebuttons how you like. But the developer say there is no way to get the hardware buttons.

Hi Guys, sorry for posting up - but I tried and tried searching, and I cant post in the dev forum..
First up - Had my UK HD2 for about a year, got fed up with hardly any updates and naff apps, so.. not listerning to that little voice in your head that says.. DONT DO IT!.. I researched and finally flashed the rom.
Everything went well.. (good job got a year left on contract!) - desire rom is up and running. Taken me a few days to work out what apps where causing me probs, but mostly its running very well. Finds my orange network.. works on wifi - its all good.
One prob I do have.. everytime I use a GPS program I get a 'freeze', google maps is quite important to me as I do a fair bit of travelling..
(its not a program thing - its the GPS) - tried many different GPS proggies.
So.. does anyone know if:
1) There's a patch or something to fix it?
2) If there's an update to the rom as its a few months old
([30.DEC.10][DFT]LEO "Stock Desire" NAND Android ROM)
3) How do I disable the ad's
.. other than that, its lovely!
Got angry birds to work by copying to the phone ram, stops the freezing.
One more question.. I downloaded an explorer app to access my home network NAS, works well - but some of the movies are in DIVX or WMV format and wont stream or play - any free suggestions?

Hey again guys. I've been doing further research and I'm positive the console I want to buy next is a Mojo.
I plan to root it as soon as I get it, so the important question is: how do I make it so the navbar doesn't show up? Apparently its always present by default, making all apps even XBMC not actually fullscreen.
Hopefully someone can tell me that. Thanks!

I think there's app on the app store which remove the navbar in jellybean.. not 100%
I would think CM12 would have that as an option.. again not sure sorry.
MX player does hide it but games don't.. that I recall anyway.

Try Auto Hide Soft Keys APP which worked fine for me on rooted jellybean. Kodi/XBMC on the Lollipop (CM12) ROM works without this app because of immersive mode which hides the navbar, so I would suggest when you get your MOJO to switch to that ROM.
I know this is probably a crazy noobish question, but is there any way to download game apks from the google play store directly to my imac? I'm pretty new to google play, and it keeps saying to sign in on the device. but thats just the thing, I don't have a mojo yet. I'm still trying to figure out if I will get one.
So what the heck? Can't I just download to my computer and then "sideload" later?

I'm not sure why you would need to sideload apks to the MOJO since it will be fully functional with google play after using the rooting method for jellybean. On CM12, missing apps can apparently be fooled into appearing in google play by changing the device to something else like an nvidia shield tablet using Market helper http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2146216
But there is a way to download apks to the computer if you must: try this

I'm newish to android but I think you still need to use the navbar regardless of lack of touch...
At least with jellybean, cm12 feels better integrated to android but still need to get to the all apps menu button.
I think the issue is jellybean didn't let apps remove easily, were as cm12 does.
Can anyone confirm whether they are still getting the quiz game after saying game show? Now it's just a link which comes up. It was fun to play. Thanks.

I have friends who have it working. I don't know why it's not showing up anymore. Anybody have any suggestions. I've tried everything I can think of. Wiped data in Google app, installed new ROM. Still no game show.
Still works for me. Try triggering it with "I'm feeling lucky" instead.

Hey guys before i go about putting android on my sons switch i had a ? if someone could look into it for me. The only reason my son would use droid on his switch is for Roblox. Could someone download the app and see if the switch and the joy pads would both work with it? if they can i will go ahead and do this,, thanks a ton in advance!

I was previously working on getting Roblox working and I can say that it has 2 problems one of which can be fixed, you can get them to work together by using an app in the play store and there's a problem with the buttons, the inputs are whack and only the sticks work
