any news about android 4.4.4 ?

did any one knows about releasing android 4.4.4 for all note 3 ?
verizon and sprint got it .. but there is nothing about international ...

Hi dverbame,
I read on another post that Samsung will port the 4.4.4 by September for N9005 international. So let's wait until October to see if they succeed in it.
By the way, once the 4.4.4 is available by Samsung, a lot of Custom Stock firmwares will appear very soon after, here :

(but i am not so in the hurry of installing it as it is embedding KNOX 2.0)

Galaxy E7 won't get lollipop?

I read an article that E7 won't get the update.
Apparently it was tweeted by Samsung UK. So don't know about other regions.

dont worry .. E5 is currently having its update .. so maybe yours will come next

If we review it is a hoax that's been going around on the net it is really nothing more than a lie and only changed the model build.pro to display the model number, deception.

Guys any update on whether the E7 will get the update?

Well, some websites say as a leak that the E5 and E7 with devices like A3 and A5 will get the Marshmallow update as a second phase of updates after the confirmed devices gets updated from Samsung, let's hope that leak is true.

I guess lollipop not allowed for E7 variants.

Let's hope they fully release Lollipop first !

Hopefully we have lollipop... hah... it is impossible we have marshmallow because Grand Prime is a passing phone

Marshmallow update officially from samsung? Never , they don't care about med-range phones, but cyanogenmod 12.1 its almost done for my variant( sm-g530fz) so probably cyanogenmod 13 i think its possible

Hey Guys, LTE enabled Grand Prime will likely to get 5.1.1 up to Marshmallow. .and also Galaxy Core Prime LTE. .Since it has Qualcomm 410, many newer devices like J5, On7, etc. also have the same chipset and will get the update, and then for grand prime LTE because if Samsung wants to update On5, J5 to 6.0, the ROM will be ported to Grand Prime LTe and Core LTE

One my friend asked on Samsung ChatLive and so the Samsung Employer confirmed that they are working on it however the release date is not confirmed for India or worldwide

Good news indeed. It would be nice if it was the next system update. The Android Security Patch And Security Software need updated on boost mobile j7 2016 so i expect theres a system update coming its just hard to say if it will be 6.0.1 or 7.0 or 7.0.1 or 7.0.2

@Onlyoncebutmaybetwice Samsung stated that Samsung Galaxy S7 / S6 / Note 5 will get 7.1.1 as a starting update not 7.0 so my assumption is that this might gonna apply same for J7

Update it manually with odin pc and download the latest firmware from sammobile.
Your problem will be fixed

Uhhhh, I have the J700P (Boost/Virgin/Sprint) sorry dude, I'm sure there's something for you though, just look around.

I was able to boot rom from J701F. With boot.img from J701F too. It has the same hardware. But im stuck on bootloop :C working on it to bring Nougat to J710FN/F

Samsung officially responded to this. According to the information provided, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S5 will unfortunately not receive the Android Nougat update. It should be noted here that Samsung has made a special campaign for the S5 and Note 4 owners to pass on to the next generation of devices, while the tests show that their performance for Nougat is inadequate.
According to Samsung official information, the Galaxy E series and the Galaxy Alpha, the forerunner of the A series, will also not receive the Android Nougat update.

Please note that this dates might change +/- 7 days and this dates are for Turkey only. We don't know that Turkey will get the updates first.

Quick answer: everywhere, just open your eyes!
I'm using one too and it's awesome, it's more fluid and the battery is more last-longing than on Marshmallow OS.

There is no official update for 920C so please stop stupod posting!
The ROM you have it is beta and if You want to use it you must tripped your warranty and knox of course

Everywhere else You Can find Nougat custom Roms or beta Roms- there are other threads about it and it is not something unusual to write about it here because everyone talks about it for about 2 weeks.

anyone knows, if updating my note 5 it wil fix the rooting and unrooting draining battery problem?

The list is bull. The S6 was supposed to receive the update now but it hasn't. The updates for the S6 that is rolling out now via SamMobile is 6.0.1.

No surprise . This is Samsung. Again and again. It will never get better.

Hold your horses, he asked us where can he find the Nougat update, and I gave him a bit funny answer. I didn't mention that the official update is available. If he wants to give it a try - and why not? - then he can.

S6 update pushed to 06.03.2017 due to an IMEI problem and samsung updated their chart according to that. This here is the old one(No other changes on dates though).

Stop posting about this. Listen - me and many people here are waiting for officiall nougat update for note5. I am opening this topic for information about it. I want to read here If someone or some regions got the update and feelings about it. Your last 2 post are about nothing. Dont try to be wise while you are not!
