tried everything....changing rom to imperium rom...reflashing stock rom...wiping data and cache.....but nothing works...games are lagging like hell...and some are crashing...dont know what is the problem...got antutu score of 26000...score for s4 should be around 32000////someone please help me:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:
Install Xposed and run DVFS Disabler, or run a custom ROM not based on Touchwiz. If you don't know what DVFS is, Google it, but it does affect games when active.

which custom rom i should try? i already tried imperium....and will changing my rom would result in lag free gaming?
Imperium ROM is based on Touchwiz, so it will likely have DVFS in it. Your options are to run Danvdh's GPE ROM or one of the CyanogenMod-based ROMs.

Is there any hope on getting a custom rom for my SM-G900H? The device is laggy and overheating a lot, and it's not near as fast as my old phone (iPhone 5). Is there any way on installing CM on this version? Because I think most of the trouble comes from the TouchWiz interface.

There is no CM Rom available for our G900H model.
Now you can use XtreStoLite or MIUI Rom for now..
Well as you describe you have problem try to
1.wipe data and reinstall data from scratch
2.install latest firmwares
3.since you have no problem rooting ... try stock rom with custom kernel... i guest it is the best solution

Thanks man! Now i am using the XtreStoLite and it is way better than the stock TouchWiz. Is there any other ROM besides those two that I can use on the G900H?
[Q] I9505 - Can anyone suggest any Lollipop ROMs for my i9505? Xposed & Dual Camera
What i want to have:
1. Xposed Framework so i can use XPrivacy Module
2. A ROM/kernel that supports 'Dual Camera' i.e. Record video using both the front and back cameras at the same time
I have looked around a bit and i have found Imperium and Kusha ROMS
I was using KitKat v4.4.2 of Imperium ROM, i want to upgrade to lollipop to
get a bit better performance over KitKat
The Problem:
rovo89 (creator of XPosed) has made it very clear that at the moment Xposed does not work on TouchWiz
ROMs or ROMs based on TouchWiz, yet to my knowledge the only ROMs that support the 'Dual Camera' feature
are in fact 'TouchWiz' Based ROMs.
So, so far it seems that if i want both number 1 and 2 above i will have to stick to TouchWiz based ROMs
for KitKat like Imperium for example.
I have really googled around a lot, looked at YouTube videos on various ROMs, looked all over the
XDA Developers site, etc
So any help for suggestions for any lollipop roms/kernels that can let me have both options 1 and 2 above
would be very welcome

Well then i guess i will have to look at other KitKat based roms that are a bit faster than Imperium,
Or consider other third-party development methods of data protection similar to XPrivacy.

Greetings from Greece. I have note 4 910f edition. The mobile run android 5.0.1. I bought it from poland that why has some t-mobile bloatware. Now to the point i am really getting bother in gaming. After 10 minutes of gaming(real racing 3) starts the lagging with decreased fps. After a lot of search here i found that this is caused by the samsung dvfs. Can you suggest me a solution?i would like solid perfomance. Can i somehow have a fix with stock rom? Is there a custom rom or kernel tha dvfs is disabled?
Hi, I just got my new galaxy s5 (lolipop 5.0, G900F).
I have installed TWRP and root it (SuperSU).
In my preview phone I used xposed and changes stuff around (Didn't change my ROM at all).
I have followed this video to install the xposed on my phone:

After flashing the zip files (and wiping the cache/dalvik) my phone didn't turned on (was stuck on the Samsung screen).
So I restored my phone and everything is fine now, and I have been told that I need rom of AOSP type (Google v.) and then to install the xposed on in becuase my defualt rom isn't supporting the xposed...

you have to choose between AOSP roms and original Galaxy s5 roms. AOSP roms have the pure Android like the Google Nexus phones, which run smoother but they havent good camera and battery life, in my opinion.
Best roms are Omega, CM12.1 simpleGX.
Just have a try and remember that you will loose your KNOX 0x0

1. No. Just simpleGX and CM12.1 are AOSP. Omega is like the original rom just without bloatware.
2. KNOX is a counter which is integrated in the system. When you install a custom rom, the counter gets from 0x0 to 0x1 and you will loose your warranty. You have to read a lot before you flash a custom rom.
Hey I am trying to play Marvel contest of Champions on my verizon gs4 and it lags like crazy. Just wondering if anybody can suggest a good ROM and/or kernel for gaming. I can run most roms and kernels for the s4 so any help would really be appreciates thanks
Any JDCTeam rom, as they come with Alucard kernel. Set it to extreme performance and you should be golden.
If it still doesn't do the trick, switch to an android 5.0 rom and flash kt kernel by ktoonse. From within kt kernel download the kt gaming profile (it has overclock) and you're golden.

You can also flash Xposed and use the module DVFS disabler. That should also give you a big increase.
Rooted, debloated, stock rom with latest Voltaqe 14.1 kernel...
Try and feel smooth while gaming.

Cm12.1. Nothing will be faster and smother than that (of course cm13)
with kt kernel's gaming profile and alucard's extreme performance profile be prepared for the phone to generate A LOT of heat during play...
in developer options tick disable hardware overlays before playing (it resets to it's default off position on every boot)...
