Disable updates in settings.
Why not just install the update as it's already downloaded?
Flashfire will automatically find it and install it with root.

I deleted fota agent before i stopped automatic updates, so i can't access software update section anymore, where are update files stored so i can delete them, if you know?
edit: i found fota folder where downloaded ota update file was stored and deleted it

Flashing this broke my samsung theme, it's always crashing... I had to uninstall it with root uninstaller, do you know how to reinstall it ? Thanks.
