While i was cleaning cache through CCLEANER, i checked out Settings>Miscellaneous Files and there .thumbnails file was there which was cleaned and it was occupying internal storage so i selected it and then deleted it. and restarted the system.
It has been 3 days now and this file hasnt showed up on miscellenous file, even though it was created again in DCIM directory and now holds 1+ MB of thumbnails now (it was hidden file, checked through ES Explorer).
So my question is, how can i make it reappear on the list of miscellenous file, even though it is now created again? and secondly .thumbnails is a file or a directory which i deleted ?

I have htc mogul 6800 from sprint and would like to delete bubblebreaker.exe from windows folder so I or my family members can't access it again. It kills our lots of time.
I tried from tom's blog but it does not help.

in notepad on pc create a dummy file called bubblebreaker.exe. Now rename bubblebreaker.exe file that already exists in windows directory to something else and place the file you created in windows directory. Delete the original file and you should be good to go.
Haven't tried this but i am pretty sure this will work. Let me know how it turns out.

I have a folder with 300+ pics, the preview in HTC Album show me a series of thumb with black, wrong or distorded image, but the single image are showed correctly (also the zoom working good).
The thumbnail for other album that I have with 10/20 pics are ok.
I have tryed to delete and download again the same pics and tryed to delete and recreate the album cache, but the problem still remain...

Try deleting the HTC Album cache:
Delete all files in the folder: "\Application Data\HTC\HTC Album\Cache" and restart your phone.
I have just tryed to delete the cache and then restart, but the problem still remain.
Hi all, maybe is a dump question but I like to know where my apps goes in system and if is possible to copy from that directory in another one, in my computer in order next time after wiping to not download again. thanks in advance!
Your device have to be rooted. The app´s are in /data/app/
yes. is already rooted, but I cant copy any apps from system.... i'm using androidscreencast....
try it with adb
adb pull /data/app/ /your_folder_on_c:/
a simple way is to use the app rootexplorer, there you can copy and paste the files to your sd card

Hi guys, trying to get my apps backed up so I can flash a ROM, when I use Rom Toolbox and browse it says I should have an App_Backup folder in my emulated storage folder, but I don't see it, and I cannot go to the root / folder either, does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

Here. On your device's internal sd card. It won't show up until you back up an app using the app mgr.
Accurate MTP usage depends on having an up to date index of all files. You can run a program to force the index to be rebuilt. I used SDrescan with success.
I have a LG G2 D802 a I have a problem with copying music files to my device. On my device's storage there is a file directory named "Music". Inside it there are two files: "file A.flac", "fileB.flac". On my computer I have the same directory "Music" but with more music, lets say: "file A.flac", "fileB.flac" and "fileC.flac". Now I select all files from "Music" on my computer, press copy, finally press paste inside "Music" on my smartphone. Now windows asks me If I want to replace the file(s) which are already present in the dectination directory. I choose "Don't copy" with option "Do this for all conflicts" and here is the problem.... after that windows doesn't copy "fileC.flac" which should be copied. Any ideas?
