[FIX][Xperias JB4.3] Cost saving option in Conversations.apk (install.zip)

Hi, everybody. The fix I am using in my ROM`s and I decided to share with you. Effect is the same as in this Topic from @DaRk-L0rD (Greetings), the difference is, that you don`t know decompile and recompile any Coversations.apk, but only just install over cwm​

This can be enabled via few lines in files on data partition, don't it? Whan I was using honami sms app on 4.2 cost saving was working just after change of few lines of config storaged on /data/ (only option in setting wasn't visible).

But is there any way without root? My 4.3 Xperia m is still unrootable and I almost always send 2 messages because those letters. Ugh Sony why have you hidden this option?

Yes, you need ROOT. Regarding "hidden option", you should ask directly SONY, why...

I'm running niaboc79's port from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2669740
(It requieres superusermod, easily obtained with xposed framework and the deodex it is optional, not really necessary, just delete all the .odex from the .zip before installing)
I changed a few values in the apk, see here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2703113
To do it you need to use this tool. Requieres up to date JDK and other Android related software, I have installed the SDK, ADB32 drivers and a lot of other small pieces of software to mess with my phone :laugh: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2639400

Lets Start the guide
-Download latest cm11 build for your handy or when you already have it,open your cm11xxx.zip file
-go to system/framework/
-Extract framework2.jar to Desktop from your cm11 build.
-Decompile it with Apk Multi Tool or any Apk Tool
-Now Open Files.zip
-Copy all files to your framework2.jar

Stuck at the same issue..
It seems the smali version in our framework2 is different to the smali files provided in OP. So I have no idea how to fix this. You might try to decompile a working ported framework2 with your apktool and extract the stuff needed to port from there. But dont expect too much.

How to patch Services.jar (Superuser MOD)
If your device is rooted but you don't see any change when you apply the theme is because your services.jar file in system/framework is not patched, you have many ways patch it
-Download Lucky Patcher from its official website not from google play store just google it! In the left bottom press Toolbox>Patch to Android>Check all except the last one.
-Download Xposed Installer, go to framework and press Install/Update, your phone will reboot, once xposed is installed and working correctly go to DOWNLOAD and search for Serajr Xperia Xposed download the mod, and enable it (under modules category) Ok once everything is setup, In Serajr xperia xposed go to SYSTEM> under behavior chech Super User Mod and done! you will have to reboot your phone one more time.
-If you have a working recovery, you can do it by flashing the mod via recovery.

So now I did it but it doesn't work for me because it needs root and Superuser mod but now I'm sharing it even if it doesn't work for me
If someone can test it or to make it without root it will be better

No buddy, the apps that make this works need root because they need to be installed directly on system.

Even you rooted you still can't use it because of Sony signature check in services.jar, you have to remove it (superuser mod) to can cross-device.

The app u provided doesn't contain any lib and dalvik arm. How to make it work without it?

yes, SliMM 1.9 has Xperia X camera libs,( (it's in my signature) , and also you'll find the Xperia cam Enhanced for Z2,3 and Pexocam8.5 they both a moded version of the camera app.

the predictive AF is part of the camera apk, SliMM & MWA has only the libs and framework, in theory the apk can be ported, that said PureX Z3 v3.5 by @Rajeev have the Xperia X Camera port with object tracking so, it might have that as well.

You can find Xperia X camera port by @jjwrongjj in this post's attachment. Remove lib folder from "system/priv-app/SemcCameraUI-xxhdpi-release" and replace the apk with xperia x camera apk (it contains lib file in it). Set correct permission.
