As we know gt-i9300i cant support otg because of kernel issues...
This will be correct with otg Y cable in s3 neo 9301i but it cant work on 9300i (or dual sim model)
I searched and tried many different ways and at the end i found that the device has the hardware support but it needs a custom kernel with otg support...
So i ask everyone who can make a custom kernel for our device to use otg...
Can you make a kernel with otg support for GT-I9300i?[emoji4]

To make clear the issue... when i connect a usb otg device my phone(and similar I9300i phones) doesn't detect the usb device ( nothing appears on notification bar like I9301i) look at the picture!!

You didn't follow the true method bro. You have attached that charger through modification and i think the flow of power didn't matched with the kernel so please follow the procedure and try to use described accessories properly.

Yeap exactly like that... I got all the parts ready hehehehe... I just need the pin assignment, well... I need to know which pin is connected to Audio...
The HTCdepot can't send it to Indonesia ( the only option is... make it myself hehehehe...

Hi ther i saw the info on ur device u sent.mine is exactly the same.i was told that my device is cid locked.would u know of way i can unlock it please.it can only go as far as bootloader mode.and it only show htc splash screen.

hey can u tell me that how did u brick ur device...
cuz its impossible for us to unbrick old gene if it got bricked by flashing some original Rom, which was not built for Old Gene.
the only way is to send the phone to HTC service center.
they will fix it for free if its under warrenty..or u'll hv to pay something for it if its not..

samsung touchwiz and keypad.hmmm this indicates that you are running a stock rom and a stock kernel..i think you should try a custom kernel and a custom rom(cyanogenmod preferable)...and please do a backup of your build.prop before doing any alterations...it worked perfectly fine for me and t3er..please DO NOT ALTER ANYTHING EXCEPT ro.product.model.. AND REMEMBER,YOUR DEVICE MUST BE ROOTED!!!

I just got my note 3 this week and I was thinking it'll be easy to have custom roms like my S2.
Totally wrong about that !
I managed to install custom roms after following instructions - X-Note build 15.0 N9005-ND5 which was to install Poland's firmware and then port over to the custom firmware... It booted up but i have no Network Coverage which requires me to insert a sim card which is already there........
I then spent countless hours trying to get it back and even went back to stock rom... but to no avail
Super frustrated and confused why has this happened..

What about IMEI number? Type *#06# and see if it shows the IMEI number. If not your IMEI is corrupt, Do not give up just.

Good to here you got it working. But henceforth always remember to backup your EFS partition before flashing any rom. Though some Roms have the built in feature there are other tools available here on forum.

I am new to this, I have been reading and trying to compile a recovery for my Huawei Y625-U03 (MSM8121), I hope that my work can help other users with the same model and those who are compiling other variants. The truth is I don't know much about porting... I can compile a recovery.img and probe but I get error with dt.img... however generates a recovery.img without dt. I've been tested importing the file (dt) from the stock rom, run well (with CWM theme, and touch) but I have me the same options of the stock recovery ... any programmer could help me? this is the problem there is a lot of firmware for this device with a lot of names and codes
yes, its a lot of firmwares and devices, i think i need to buy new device because i no see light in a tunnel to repair this what i bricked i tried to ask for firmware and support on 4pda.ru forum but also without success.
