Hello I'm new to the forums but I've been browsing anonymously for quite a while!
I've come here to seek assistance on my R827 because every custom ROM I install, the simcard is never read on any of the roms. It was fine on the stock rom though! So idk what i'm doing wrong. Could you guys help me out Thank you!
I've tried:
- Reinstalling roms
- a different sim card
- Clearing the catche

I'm new in town and I've been reading and reading and reading these forums.
I recently Hard-SPLed my Wing using the info from this thread.
I have found a few new ROMs that I wanted to try... but they are just normal NBH flashed ROMs.
Since my phone is HARD-SPLed, do I need to do anything different if I want to flash to a different ROM?
I ask, because I tried flashing and it's been giving me some problems.
Any help you can provide would be super.

Im trying to upgrade the ROM on my trinity from NiAx WWE 6.1.40-UF but after the flashing is finished the ROM stays the same. Ive followed all the procedures and the ROM is installed. I reset my phone but the new ROM doesnt take effect and it seems as if the phone hasnt flashed at all as all my contacts and contents are still intact.
I really need help with this. If there's anyone out there that can help it would be really appreciated.

If you are having the same problem, please check and ensure that you have removed your mini SD card before flashing !!!

I am still trying to make my wlan enable, but no luck.
Loaded the just stable rom, using custom RUU.
I really like this rom, stable and fast.
But wlan is not working, already adjust the registry, reading every forum thread on the net, but no luck.Is there someone on this forum who had the same problem and solved it.
Please let me know

yesterday, I started using CM7. I used MIUI before. I chose the latest stable cm7 rom downloaded from cyanogenmod web. I followed all the necessary steps, after flashing, my phone ran perfectly (connected wifi, gprs with high speed). however, after restarting, it showed on the status bar that connected the wifi but actually it couldn't. the same problem with gprs. i tried in vain so many times...
at first, I thought that it was the rom's problem, so I use another rom: the latest nightly cm7 rom. But the same problems happened. this time, my phone couldn't access wifi or gprs after a night (I can't understand). I find that this rom very smooth and beautiful so that I still want to continue using it..
anyone knows how to fix it? help me, please!

I tried many roms, including >CM7.2 etc, but I found it this rom be the most stable and fast for what I need to do with my phone, except....
=>The SD card crash issues....
I have been reading up on the mmcfix info that is out there, but from that I conclude it should already be into this ROM...then how to fix SD crashes to happen every week? I am using Sandik 32Gb Ultra, which I found many people to have problems with also, only fix to change the card???
