Here you have the pre-rooted system.img
WHAT IS IT?
It´s the system Folder of ICS 4.0.4 with "su" in "xbin" Folder and "SuperSU 0.94" in app folder.
GREAT! HOW CAN I USE IT?
Install via fastboot using:

Yes, sorry. It´s only for arc S(LT18). I will also work on arc(LT15), but it will show LT18 in Settings. I will make it for arc(LT15) in 2 weeks, after holidays.

Does not boot up, stuck at boot logo.
Btw I have Arc knight Kernel for Pro (stock based), it works with stock based roms, so should work here as well.

Stability details
Well I can say the firmware is still in Alpha (not for daily use) ,required improvements, Do not forget to make a backup.
notes
1) during the first boot ,do not sign in your Google account, complete the configuration without it.
2) Go to "Settings> Applications> Google play services", set all the permissions.
3) Do the same thing-with the Play market application.
4) Open the market and now sign in your account, everything should work.

This is an bootsplash / bootlogo changer script not a bootanimation. So it modifies your bootloader up_param partition, not the system or data partition. So it should be work on every rom.
