first of all i'm sorry if i'm posting this thread in a wrong place or if this question was already answered. i was looking thru the forum for days and couldn't find an answer.
i have t-mobile htc tp2 with stock rom windows 6.1, which i bought in us now i moved back to europe and unlocked the phone from "htc-unlock.com." they send me a software wich i used to unlock the phone. now i want to change the stock rom to something more stable rom with windows 6.5 and i'm interesting if my phone will stay unlocked after changing the rom.

Yes, phone unlock is permanent unless you choose to relock it... and not many people do .

So i want to buy a tab in replacement of my old HD2.
Currenty the only carrier who offers the tab here in Greece is Vodafone.
I am not a subscriber to vodafone, and i want to stay with my current provider.
Will the tab come with a simlock or not ?
If yes is there a way to unlock it ?

You wont have much luck hacking a Tab if you can't read down the list of threads on the first page for your answer.

matter of fact i did read your post before posting, i asked if there is gonna be a simlock, not if i can hack it, ( which i am sure i will be able to ).
Probably a stupid question but ive searched and i cant find the answer so please help....
If i want to go back to stock and install 4.3 from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2252982 what relevance does the country make.
The latest one at present says its german and i want to use it for a uk phone, will this make any difference at all, and if it doesnt why does it specify the country?

I've used Australia firmware and tried using it in NZ, Data roaming did not work I think I had other comp ability issues as well but this was on a S2. If you change firmware to a different country it may void warranty but I'm not 100% sure on this because its still stock... Personally I wouldn't go back to 4.3 have you seen all the issues on this forums? lol

Recently I bought a N900P (Sprint) through ebay and want to use it in Europe (Greece).
I don't know the locked/unock status or the IMEI of the device, cause is not here yet.
So, while waiting, I wanna know if I can I flash a Greek 4.4.2 stock rom on it
and after rooting, the above mentioned custom rom, so I can fully use my device in Greece.

Since you have said about firmware which will region unlock Note 3 N900P. would mine giving a link to that firmware or us all where we can download please?

There's a few similar roms on Note 3 forum.
I've already installed a few, but a code is also
needed to unlock network. I've even ordered
one, but doesn't seem to work and soon I'll
get refunded (at least I hope I will). I'm not
sure if I'm allowed to post rom links here.

Hello, so if its works for u why don't u give us a link for that ROM so we can try it as well. Otherwise don't come here with stories which u cannot give a proof.

Why don't you search yourself in the forum ??? Search " Sweet Rom " in the Note 3 forum & you will get it...
I am not new to this forum but I had never written anything here because I always look to the forum for answers not to ask anything that was not resolved.
