Mobile data was working fine before I tried rooting my phone
I had installed N9005XXUGBOB6_N9005OXXGBOB4_N9005XXUGBOA1 on my phone, Android Lollipop from Note 3 for a few days and decided to root it
However when I rooted it, at first apps were crasing and after that I reflashed the official firmware
After a day I reflashed the twrp 2.8.6.0 recovery on my phone and installed via twrp SuperSU 2.46
Later on I tried to connect to my mobile data. I had enough to connect to my cellular provider but it wouldnt work
Reflashed to stock it still would not work
Called the customer service hotline of my provider and they gave me the settings for my phone as well as APN settings
Still, the mobile internet indicator would not show
On my phone status it displayed:
Service State
Mobile Network Type: Unknown
Voice: in Service/Data: Out of Service
Mobile Network State: Disconnected

Hello, I had successfully flashed my LG G2 (D802) from stock to CM 10.2. The sim card was recognised and joined immediately to EE (UK - Mobile Network *T-Mobile/Orange*). During Christmas I tried flashing a new nightly from Cyanogen Mod (11), however I had an outdated clockworkmod version (even though I couldn't update it further). I couldn't launch back to CM 10.2, as the data was wiped when trying to flash CM 11 (Nightly).
Due to not having a back up file, I reverted to factory settings first, then wipe 'all' data off my phone using ALL the options avaliable on CWM. I then had to use 'adb' to push CM 10.2 back into to the phone. It successfully flashed and it was running stably. During the set up pages, CM gave me a pop up to look at sim card instructions to 'get it working', i thought this was a minor problem and couldn't to set it up. When this was finished, gave me everything (WI-FI, bluetooth etc.), however I didn't connect to my Mobile Network 'EE'.
I set 'Data Enabled', Network Mode: WCDMA Preferred.
I tried automatically/manually connecting via the CM settings, but response was 'Could not connect to this network. Please try again later.'
So no luck so far in connecting the phone function back up.
I would be truly thankful if everyone could help with a solution. ^_^
Many Thanks!
I've found out that the phone is locked to a HK network, but I am currently studying in the UK. The problem is that I can't unlock the phone in the UK with using the HK network; I have a HK sim card as well as UK, but since the phone is locked I can't use a UK sim card and the HK sim card doesn't seems to register UK Networks.
Anyone got suggestions to bypass this?
Hi
I got my S5 yesterday and since then have been busy customising it. I left the house (wifi) today to discover I have lost mobile data, all I get is "H".
Details:
SM-G900F (UK, on Tesco Mobile [AKA O2])
Installed PhilZ Touch Recovery
Omega v8 ROM
Android Version 4.4.2
Baseband G900FXXU1ANCE
Kernel 3.4.0-Omega.Kernel-1.3
Build Omega v8.0 - XXU1ANG9
SE for Android Status - Permissive
Status Screen:
Mobile Network Type HSPA
Service State - In Service
Roaming - Not Roaming
Mobille Network State - Disconnected
Xposed Framework with 4 Modules
No Lock Home
Wanam
S5 Widgets
Youtube AdAway
Tasker with no profiles that should interefere
I have tried (with reboot after each one)
Disabling all Xposed Modules
Disabling Tasker
Toggling for 5 mins: Flight Mode, Mobile Data, Network Mode from Auto to GSM and back, Manually selecting Network
Battery Out for 5 mins
I noticed that the Mobile Network State shows as Disconnected - this is the cause?
I also recall somewhere along the line the phone I think did a OTA Update (I think).
I tried doing the *#1234# to get CSC etc but it just opens SuperSU.
How should I tackle this?
AP G900FXXU1ANG9
CP G900FXXU1ANCE
CSC G900FOLC1ANG1
Otherwise, is it possible to reflash Omega without losing my data?
I also paid for Omega Files Pro and downloaded LTE modem version XXU1ANG8, flashed with Odin. It passed but the baseband remained the same (the bin file said NON-HLOS)
I'm a bit out of my depth here and don't want to end up causing more damage!
Help I'm desperate!
I'm on the i337 . After using a method with towel root to root on 4.4.2, when I rebooted I had no service icon and when in mobile network settings it said insert sim card to access mobile network. If I try to check the IMEI with *#606 it says mobile network not avaliable I tried flashing the stock 4.3 and pit with odin and no luck. What can I do? I sometimes get wifi and never get signal again. This is so frustrating been working on it for over 4 hours. If you could solve this, I would be extremely happy!

Mobile data works only if toggled from data usage setting, network signal is okay i can make/receive calls. Imei is correct however imei sv shows unkown.
When using quick settings toggle i get "insert sim card to access network services"
I tried factory reset, installing other rom and modem no luck.
Wiping dalvik cache usually solves the issue. However, if i restart the problem reappears.
Any advice?

You need to download a untouched stock rom from Sammy homepage and flash it via odin. That will most likely reset the phone totally and then after that you will have to go through the same procedures to get rooted and custom recovery as you did when you bought the phone from new.
Hi guys!
My phone - G900K
I really need help.
I am using Revolution Rom before and i don't have problem and then i update it into Marshmallow Stock Rom. I clean wipe (all files using TWRP) and then Flash the MM Stock Rom using Odin. It boots up and the Bootanimation is not samsung, its Olleh G and it has bloatware files. I notice that i don't have signal and in lock screen there is a Emergency Call written down and at the left corner, it's says Limited Service. When i check my IMEI it's all ZERO (000000000000000) 15 Digit.
Here is my Status:
Network - Unknown
Mobile Network Type - Unknown
Service State - Out of Service
Roaming - Not Roaming
Mobile Network State - Disconnected
Phone Number - (My Number)
IMEI - 000000000000000
Bluetooth Adress - Unavailable
I also can't make a call or send and receive messages. I tried flashing Custom Roms and trying to go back to Revolution but it says always that Emergency Calls Only but i have Signals...:crying:. I don't have EFS Backup too.
Please help me. Thanks.
