before like 2 months ago here in jordan they lunch 4G, but all samsung device doesnt support 4G.
the solution was go to samsung custmer service to make a software update ( which is 4.4.2 ) that let us able to use 4G here
i want to have a copy from this software since i want to try android Lolipop on my device , and as samsung custmer service here told me that if i upgrade to newer frimware 99% i will lose 4G again
and will need to go back to them for downgrade software
and i coudnt find this frimware on sammobile
hope i can find it here , there a screenshot from my device

How on earth are we supose to supply you with software for a cloned S4 when it doesn't even accept official Samsung firmware?
I have gone through some chinese forums for you and the only firmwares I can find are the ones for the iPhone 4S clones.
Besides listing what CPU it runs on, what is the actual firmware called?

I have note 3 was locked at&t us network now it is factory unlocked when I go software update on my phone I receive no update saying software is updated and I heard at&t has releases kitkat for note 3 N900A why I can't get update on this phone ?I got it in us now I'm in uk .
How to update it to official kitkat I also tried it with kies but no updates .
Plz help me with .

Im using Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) and i need samo help about Lollypop update.
A lot of my friends who have the same phone got their update quite some time ago , but i still did not.
My phone was bought from private store , and from i can see in menu (About device) i think is bought from UAE (Because there is some numers and UAE name in About device) and sold in my country.
I wanted to ask someone who understand whole android update system , what determine how do you get your update? Country the telefon so bought, the country i live or my Mobile carrier i use ?

You can install any Lollipop ROM for G900F variant through ODIN
I had to use Kies to update my phone because Knox was tripped, and I could not receive OTA updates. It might help you, too.

I have a GALAXY S7 EDGE(SM-G935F) which I had bought ages ago in UK . Now I have moved back to India but I am not able to use Samsung pay here nor able to change the country of news app and the default problem "not able to use the VOLTE " .
Had same problem with my OP5 , contacted the customer care and they flashed it with the local one , but Samsung customer care is pretty bad .
So my question is which firmware should I flash ?
The active CSC code is "XEU" , also I am not able to see any available CSC codes .
The firmware available for India is ,G935FXXU2EREM/221873
Will flashing with this firmware works ?

Hi, so I got an AT&T Galaxy S10+ (SM-G975U) from the US and it was stuck at Android 10. I can't get any updates so I tried to flash a new firmware into my phone. The problem is, SamMobile doesn't provide AT&T firmwares for SM-G975U but other carriers like T-Mobile and Verizon is available. Can I use firmwares from other carriers for my AT&T phone?

I need help i own a S10 plus model SM-G975U AT&T variant, it runs android 10 with UI ver 2.5 I cant update the phone through its update options located in settings. I see new Android 12 Update have been released i want to update my phone can someone please tellme what CSC to use ? What PDA to use ? exactly which version of firmware should i install ? i know i am asking like a noob but please i really need some expert advise. I would advise anyone looking to update not to update beyond Android 11. Android 12 has issues and not just on Samsung devices. You can download Android 11 for all US Variants here.
