2.If you are already on stock KK, just flash recovery
3.If you have already flashed recovery then only proceed
4.Place ROM in your sdcard
5.Wipe data/factory reset
6.Wipe advance->dalvik cache
7.Flash ROM from sdcard

Installation:

*Take a Nandroid backup of the device*
Download The ROM.zip, and copy it to root of Internal Storage
Reboot Into recovery
Wipe Data/Cache
Install the Rom
Reboot and wait for 5 minutes
Voila! Enjoy latest FIUI.

Miui 9 stable update via official way with original recovery and locked boot loader

Redmi Note 4 Snapdragon users only follow this instruction with recovery mod then u can update miui 9 stable :
step 1 : download miui 8 stable rom

and flash it via recovery ( whats is ur current rom thats not a problem )
Step 2 : Download this miui 9 stable

now flash it in miui 8 stable

this is not beta its stable i will post screenshots wait

I can't install the 2nd rom, it say rom is in beta testing

They do some restrictions ... This update only for randomly .... It's leaked to public so they do some restrictions on installing .... U can install via TWRP recovery Right now I think we are not tested before installing carefully it's ur own risky

done now u can flash officially . they also released

simply wipe data,system,cache,vendtor and select rom and hit install

This was my preferred ROM for my Redmi Note 4X.
Now counting down the 360 hours to be able to unlock my Redmi Note 6 pro Bootloader.
