[Q] Can I install a SafeStrap recovery onto Droid Razr M

I recently found my old Droid Razr M and I want to install Cyanogenmod 12 so I can run Lollipop on it, does anyone know if I can do that or what I'm doing wrong? I am also using SafeStrap 3.75

I used SafeStrap-debug.apk that is version 3.75 and I am running KitKat 4.4.2

from http://droid.cs.fau.de/Safestrap/debug-build/ if so that's for the XT912 Droid Razr not the XT907 Droid Razr M, two different devices.

I installed th apk file: SafeStrap-debug.apk and I'm on 183.46.15

that's the android version, if you have system version 183.46.15 there is no custom recovery that is compatible with custom roms at this time.

Ok I am on 183.46.15 so that means I can't use safestrap and I have no chance of getting a ROM at all? Correct?

Just did that with one and its faster than my Droid 4 on 12.1. I also installed Adblock Plus (on the system level) and xprivacy.
Might install AFWall down the road, but not for now.

SBF, S-OFF & root question any help apprechiated

Been reading and cant find a definitive answer so any help would be awesome.
I have a Verizon RAZR M 4.4.2 183.46.15, I have S-Off through Sunshine, rooted and TWRP installed. Somewhere through the process I lost all back ups and even stock images. I have tried several ROMS and none will get bast the boot loader screen. What I am wanting to try is an SBF back to 183.46.15 stock and go from there.
If I do this and SBF back to stock will I loose S-Off and have to spend $25. more to regain S-Off or is S-Off permanent? Or should I SBF to an older version? Links to SBF files are also welcome

Everything is working again after flashing a recovery with RSD. However i'e tried several custom roms and all of them never get past the boot loader screen. CM 12.1, Bliss pop and Dirty Unicorn, I'm really not picky just looking for a stable ROM.

Is there a way to root Samsung Galaxy S4 i337 that was automatically upgraded to lollipop? And then upgrade it to a higher android version? I am new to these type of carrier/network specific phones' rooting. Thanks in advanced.

No it has been boot loader locked since 2013 not long after it got released as a new phone.

My Motorola Droid Maxx 2 keeps dying at 20-40%

So i just bought this phone from my friend and when he had it, it ran like a dream. However after i got it and factory reset it, it dies constantly. It'll say it has like 28% and then very quickly will change to 0% and power off. When I power it back on however it claims it still has the 28% and will last another 2-3 % before shutting off again. Why is this happening??? Any help would be much appreciated.
P.S. Ive tried factory resetting it again and wiping the cache, neither have worked.

I tried unlocking it but when I got to the final part and pasted my 5 lines of device ID like it says, I get a message saying that my bootloader cant be unlocked.

Verizon branded (Droids) cannot be bootloader unlocked via Official Motorola site.

You could try reflashing firmware via RSD Lite or Fastboot.exe
Make sure you flash same firmware or newer, downgrading can brick some Droids

Could I potentially flash something like lineage OS instead of stock firmware? Thats the mod that I would really like on my droid if possible and if it could also fix the problem that would be nice.

I can't get the default firmware to flash. It keeps ending at 3/26. Could you go into depth on how and where I should get the stock rom and installing it?
