I recently upgraded my Korean LG G2(F320L) to lollipop and rooted it. But when I am trying to install a software update, it shows an error code.
It says that the device is suspected to be rooted and the update isn't available for rooted devices.
Can anyone tell me how to unroot my device??
Thanks
ME also
i also update my F320L but suddenly there was a recent prompt that updates are available for my LG but when i tried to install the updates that i download using OTA i was prompt that rooted device cannot install updates..
Tried to Unroot the device using SuperSU. SuperSU got un-installed and Titanium Backup showed that the device is not rooted anymore.
But when I tried to update the device via OTA, same error message again.
Can't figure out what to do.

Hello. I possessed a P714 (V10B, BRA / BRAZIL) with root via FRAMAROOT 1.5.1. In the process I had removed several applications of factory and moved some to a partition on SD. Everything happened very well until the LG sent a notification about the version V10C is available.
In an attempt to install it by the smartphone it accused would not be possible because it was rooted. Trying the LG PC Suite also did not work, because not even recognize the update. Disable root doesn't works too.
The update file was unavailable for the V10C version BRA / BRAZIL. So, I downloaded the version V10D Thailand. The update went smoothly via KDZ Updater, however, can no longer works with FRAMAROOT rooting the device. He just closes without notice.
I've tried a hard reset, install a new FRAMAROOT version, install another KDZ, SuperSU and install SuperUser and nothing. Always closes without any warning.
I have rooted my G2(D802) in stock rom.
Will I still receive Official OTA update?
1. you will, but the device will refuse to install it because it's rooted
2. you will, the device will install it and your phone will only root to recovery (if you have custom recovery)
those are the only scenarios I know of.

Yes the update can sill show up and after ignoring it a couple of times it will force itself to install and either a)if you have custom recovery you will bootloop and if you were using twrp there is a way to remove update or you will need to go Back to stock, b)if you have modified system, installed xposed or removed bloat it will refuse to install because those are things that can only be done with root and so will give message won't update because it's suspected of rooting and there are ways to make it so that it won't update but I don't remember

I have a rooted d802 on 4.2.2 (80210e-eur-xx).
When I try to install the update it attempts to install, then gives an error code in the "please don't turn off your phone during update" screen and reboots, telling me that it suspects root and can't install the update
I was under the impression that this should work and specifically chose Ota to keep root with the survival mode

Experienced the same issue. i had to flash my phone back to original firmware and do the OTA update. Flashing removed the root and enabled me to OTA kitkat upgrade.

If you have modified anything like removing/freezing bloatware, xposed framework, or modified anything in the system it will suspect your phone of rooting

Hi All,
I'm currently on D80220b-466-92. Recently got a notification about a software update. Should be D80220c in update, I know some person who did update and got that new version (we bought our devices in the same place).
But I've rooted my device and OTA failed for me with some error code. On rebooting I've got a message that my device is rooted and OTA won't work there.
Right, so I've removed any modification: host from AdAway, adabbeb camera and player mod, SuperSu full deinstalliation from it settings.
Did reboot, kick off OTA downloads again and it failed for me again.
So, is that possible to do that or should I fully reflash my device on stock firmware.
There should be some checks that OTA update script are checking, and needs to find that.
