I live in Vietnam. when I update to the Android 4.4, it automatically sends a message to one of the first in France. Do not fully adequate way, now I have not been on 4.2. ROM of Gionee it matter?

Using a Note 4 on Marshmallow (Blisspop ROM) but I heard this is a common issue (according to Google)
For some reason, android says my SMS isn't sent, but the recipient actually gets them :/
