WHITE OR BLUE? Which color should I pre-order?

I just can't decide lol... any opinions on reasons to get one or the other?

I think that only u can decide this. I went for the white one because i've always got the black and dark colors. Plus i think u will see less fingerprints on the white one.
But then again some people think the white one looks like a toy .. Well im okay with that. Just buy the one u are happy with

I prefer the look of the white... I was more thinking that there might be reasons NOT to get one color over the other..

in that light in that picture maybe but in person its a really nice pink... not pepto pink and not too magenta... i was surprised how nice the pink was.. better be for the price of one..lol ill see if i can capture it in better light...

no...it was 2.3.6 open france... i put the open german rom on it though...
it is damn cute though

Love the colour! It stands out!
I think maybe I would have gotten one if it was on sale back when I bought mine.

its darker pink than in that picture... closer to magenta but not quite magenta...

No colors for the US???

I've been trying to find some of the alternate colors for the Note 3.
I'm on T-Mobile and I noticed they only offer black & white.
After digging a little deeper it looks like none of the carriers have the colorful varieties.
Can anyone confirm this. Can I get the Note 3 in other colors?

As far as I know you are stuck with white and black for the initial offering with pink to perhaps follow. Pink phones don't sell well and require inventory space. Space is At a premium for most retail shops.

Maybe you'll get them when you lot learn how to spell colours!

I can understand that. But, I kind of feel it's a rip to not give us all the options that Samsung offered.

There are three colors and you can have two of them. So you're lamenting not being able to buy Blush Pink? Since that's the only color missing your thread title should be "No Blush Pink for the US???"

Gold is Best. Best! Best! Best!
After watching the drop test video, I ended up pulling the trigger on a slim Spigen case. I'm hoping that at least maybe the impact to the case would help minimize shock to the phone a little bit. I know that getting a flip cover to protect the screen side would be more effective, but I don't think that I'd really want to flip the cover open each time I want to use my phone.

No thanks. We're more efficient over here. We're better about removing excess letters that aren't even pronounced in a word.

I'd consider using a pink Note 3 /rebelgade
Also, I personally wouldn't buy one of those aluminum back plates since the phone is designed with its factory plastic back plate in mind. My two cents, anyway.

Just wait a few months that's how Samsung roles.

Color options always come later on, but given its the a Galaxy Note device its not as common place as the Galaxy S line in color options. Still it might happen.

Just wait a little and before you know it just like the s4 we will have a lot of color options in the states

Supposedly it screws up the NFC feature, which I don't really care about at this point. Thought they look pretty slick personally. And for 7 bux shipped, no big loss if it's junk...

If you were to speak English properly, you would pronounce them, albeit subtly!
It also wasn't a very efficient removal either since only half a job was done - Photo/Foto and Quick/Kwik spring to mind....

Color - American English
Colour - British English

That violet is absolutely gorgeous. Too bad I can't get it.
I'm really stuck between Verizon's gross black or white. I hear the white version feels more matte compared to the black's glossy feels, so will probably end up with that. I tend to like all black and Verizon already ruined that with gaudy accents...

Shine Gold is amazing. Much better than the Galaxy S5 gold for sure.

I only had two choices, black or white (AT&T). I didn't even know that there was a "violet"....interesting...

i love the white as it looks more like a ceramic knife . Black is boring, purple is for metro sexual and red is a gay color imho

Everyone seemed to get the Gold, so I tried to be original and got the Black...
(but I will get the Gold for the wife)

I got the black(grey) one. I don't need a "look at me" gold-ish phone. Although, for a gold blingy phone, it is not bad.

Just preordered the white one, wanted the storm trooper look haha

I was hoping Verizon would get Burgundy. I'm kind of hoping they offer it as a Qi charging back option so I can swap it, though it would probably look better on a black bezel instead of the white one I ordered.

Can't decide if I want black or white I'm scared the white might turn yellow after a while

It does look very much like that theme. I don't think it looks like old TouchWiz though. Galaxy S3 and S5 I had I remember being very green on blue background.

I just don't like the white. I hope substratum team can work there magic. I'm sure they will. As long as I can make it dark I can be happy.

Just for laughs... let's say this actually is the final design and look. It still goes right along with the rounded, colorful, flat, and simple Material Design that Google had implemented way back in 2014 for 5.0 Lollipop. So this argument of "copy" is invalid.
Also: Without Google there is no Android, and without Android there is no Substratum. Know your roots!

I realize it's the first. I didn't like O either. Thought Nougat was better. People just can't not like something. If the end product is anything close to this, it sucks in my opinion. And that's all it is my opinion. What I don't like you might love. And I remember the first preview of O. It didn't change much. Actually the preview was better. had more options.

I wish more people would think like you! Trying to make one centralized theme that fits everyone is not going to happen. Some like colorful, some like dark, some like rounded, some like squared. Everything is all about choice, personal preference, and opinion. Same goes for smartphones... trying to make a device that has the look, feel, and features that will appeal to everyone is next to impossible. There will always be someone who disagrees, doesn't like, or prefers something else. It's human nature, and part of what makes us an individual. :good:
