i would assume that for the aussies its best radio.
are some people not satisfied with the Nexus 6? Mine runs perfectly. there is no holy grail smh
Thinking about flashing this on my Nexus while on at&t, but think I may not flash radio and use radio from previous build. Any thought or suggestions sound this approach?

these updates are the exact reason people buy the device, we get update (bug fixes) first and were free to flash different radios ect to improve whats near perfect.

best to flash all radios imo BUT this image has the older radio.
Just because abradio has a higher build number doesn't mean it's better.
I would have expected the 47M build to be posted rather then 47I.
I've flashed this update without flashing the radio that came with it, and can confirm that everything seems to be working fine so far. I upgraded from LMY47E to LMY47I.

Are u on tmobile and what radio u have?
I'm not on T-Mobile, I'm on Rogers in Canada. I was under the impression that the T-Mobile version was LMY47M, but perhaps I'm wrong. I'm using the radio from the previous build, specifically the baseband is reported as MDM9625_104446.01.02.98R.

Running I on T-Mobile n6. Was on E since Saturday but 98 radio was causing continuous clicking on the phone any time I called someone with another n6? 95 seems much better for me and noticed that my battery hadn't decreased as much on my ride into work this am as much as previous few days. May be nothing and just my experience but figured I'd share. Also both were full flash and wipe through fastboot

I have had better luck with 95r where I am on at&t and stock LMY47I.

I think the stock radio is not that good. I would like to try a newer and hopefully better radio for better battery life and reception.
Here are all the radio roms that work well (tested by me) and are safe to use. Sometime later I'll upload them to a FTP server for you to be able to download them directly, however, for now, visit this page:

WARNING- DO NOT USE 2.04.50.x OR 2.05.50.x - They WILL brick the tmous.

2.10.50.x
2.11.50.x
2.12.50.x
all work on tmous phones
I have 2.08.50.08_2
Is that a good version or should I switch to something else? Don't know if this effects it but my HD2 is unlocked on AT&T's service.
battery and signal results vary from person to person, phone to phone. you just have to suck it and see.
2.09.50
well i am using the 2.09.50 and seems to have a good signal and battery is good so far. will continue to test. will post my full opinion monday.

Also did not want to brick the device.
Edit: Nevermind
2.09 is the one released with 2.11 stock rom. i run this radio and reccomend it to match the 2.11 base in my rom.
So far it performs well in all respects.
i have been using Radio 2.10.50.08_2 and been getting excellent results. i run bt all day all night with 3g and i have 5 email accounts that send/receive every 5 min with all the other sense stuff running update as soon as possible and i am having my battery last all day compared to half a day.
if you want i will upload all the working TMOUS radios that are compatible so everyone can grab it from this section.

I have tried stock, the 2.42 latest, and now the 2.32 Verizon radio. I spend most weekends in a Verizon area roaming, and found the Verizon radio gave me more reliable 3G connectivity. The 2.42 radio while roaming on Verizon dropped out every now and then. When I am back on Sprint, the 2.32 Verizon radio works fine and I don't really notice any difference.
(btw I am hoping I got the versions correct!)

I flashed a new radio and I noticed a big connection increase. Then a newer one came out so i flashed it and it sucked. Then flips released a even newer one, but it was an older version radio and Its been the best radio iv had, huge increase. Me personally just south of dallas can tell a big difference between some of the radios.

It doesn't even drain the battery faster.
I use 2.12 cause 2.14 had a lot of battery drain with my Rom and android build combo. I didn't notice any great reception improvements either. Try it and see what works for you,

2.15!!!!!!!!!! slightly better than 2.14 better voice, signal is stronger and more reliable, and better battery life!!!! search for 2.15!!!!! data disconnects are about maybe 2 or 3 times
Thanks Guys.
2.14 it is then.

I hated 2.15.5 because of the battery drain. I get good reception with all the radios but for my money 2.12.5 has the best battery life.

Sound too loud in the earpiece
I recently installed NexusHD2-ICS-CM9-HWA V2.7 on my HTC HD2.
I love it.
But sometimes the voice in my incoming calls is too loud. It feels like the speakerphone is on and I cant turn it down to a reasonable level.
I understand the radio is what controls this issue, isnt it?
My current radio is 15.42.50.11U_2.15.50.14. I understand it is the latest in this department.
Anything else could be the culprit?
as you guys probably noticed, sprint texting went down a few days ago. only problem, it hasn't come back for me. I'm running Kush's 1.2x ROM and my PRL is 60675, but I don't see any reason what changed to get rid of texting.
is anyone still having problems? if not, is there any advice anyone can give me to fix the problem?
thanks a lot in advance
EDIT: nvm, it came back....whoops. mods, please feel free to delete this
Ive never had a problem. In NY or in Texas. Either roaming or not. Not a single problem.

Texting works now. The service was restored at about 3PM EST on Monday.
I am running the same ROM as you, though my PRL is 60679 which is slightly different than yours, and I am not having issues. I haven't updated my PRL since maybe July 6th or so which was my last Sense based ROM (Mikshift g executive).
I have no clue how to update a PRL on a nonsense based ROM though. I assume if you flash to a Sense ROM and update that would work but I have no clue if it would stick after a reflash or not or if a standard PRL comes with a ROM... I just don't know enough about what comes with a ROM and what is sort of hardcoded into your phone.
Anyone know if you can update your PRL on an AOSP ROM or even get into the ##data# settings somehow?
I have seen people mention to go into your messaging app setting and clearing the data/cache when they have mms issues maybe that would work for you or try clearing your dalvik/cache in recovery again.
it's back!
alright, seems like Sprint fixed itself for me, just took a little longer than for everyone else. then the only annoying thing was getting every text I had people send to me for the last few days...

Okay, I am pretty sure now that there are data issues with the MR4 build...
After BrickCity was released, I had issues with the phone saying I was connected at 1X and not LTE. I tried both the MR4 leak radio AND THE 605.9 release radio AND combinations of the two; the results were the same each time. I first used SpeedTest.Net, then I went directly through the SpeakEasy.Net website, in both cases the DL speed was always south of 0.5MB and the UL speeds were generally between 1.5 and 2.0 MB. This is compared directly with running a different Sense 3.0 ROM, based based on the 605.9 release with the same radio combination AND from the same location.
When Nino was released, I jumped on it, thinking that the build prop and kernel changes would have resolved the issue.
As an additional check, I tried to watch the NFL mobile video while showing a full 4G LTE signal, and the app produced an error indicating I was on a 1X signal and the video could not be streamed.
I liked this ROM enough to donate to the DEV, so don't think this is just me being a hater. This ROM is a true work of art. It is smooth and looks phenomenal!
If you sort out the data issues, this would hands down be the best ROM out there, bar none!
Thanks for all your time and hard work.

How did you get the weather in the pull down notification so beautifully? Is that something I can separately download somewhere?
Edit: Nevermind, found it, fancy widgets.

good way to thank a great dev dude, ur the first person to say its unstable, just because it doesnt work for you doesnt mean the rom sucks and should not have been released lol, and instead of ranting about how bad ur experience was you could just ask for help lol! ignorance is bliss

+ 1. In fact, though I am not running NINO, this ROM is awesome! I didn't have a single FC in the roughly 12 hours I was testing it!
Also, to answer a previous question about kernels,... I used both the stock kernel and Imoseyon's 6.1 kernel. Data rates were not noticeably different, still at about 0.3 MB down.
This rom is working excellent for me. I'm completely stock and have not experienced a single force close. Data speeds are fine with stock kernel. Check your speeds with the xfinity speed test website online. Thank you R3Ds for another winner.
