I think that you should change the whole display. If you only change lcd, you'll probably find that the touchscreen is not working properly.

about 2 months ago my tytn screen cracked in the corner, i replaced the lcd screen
The touch sensor etc is fine backlight fine all fine, excpet the colours.
The colours are all wrong it doesnt look negative but there all wrong
I tried taking a picture from my other tytn
My question is, is it the LCD problem or is there some kind of hidden app for setting up the screen e.g. Windows Display properties

My guess, and it's only a guess, is that the ribbon cable is not fully inserted. I have seen reports that it needs a firm push into place and it is easy to think it's fully inserted when it isn't.

Just replaced the screen on my S200, everything works perfectly exept that the colours are not right, when ever i change the themes i get that greenish effect, beside the camera quality is horrible!
any idea of what going on ?

Could be the screen connector, it's very delicate.
I've had a similar problem.
But now the screen is completely ko.
The lcd screen connector is damaged. I've been trying to buy the spare part
but I can´t find it.

hi all, i had a faulty digitizer on my HTC touch dual and recently changed my digitizer and got it fixed. but now the display has horizontal lines (grains). does this is because of some faulty connection? or do i need to change the display? any ideas? please help me.

as title describes, my lower inch of the phone doesn't respond to touch. Display is just fine, there's not a single scratch on it and it responds fine but this lower inch just doesn't. It also works fine with S-PEN even the lower part. Do you think I would have to replace whole display or just digitizer? How hard is to replace whole display?
Also I'm sure it's not software problem since I tried several ROMs.

Hello, i dropped my 829x yesterday. LCD screen is not broken down but vertical and horizontal lines appeared. Device is working but sometimes doesnt respond for touch. Im going to buy a LCD screen from AliExpress which costs about 32$, will it solve my problem?

try re-seating the connectors first. If you are lucky they might have been knocked loose.

Yeah, I replaced the screen/digitizer on my G2 and didn't have a good connection on the cable and it did the same lines. Better connection fixed it
