How did you log the restart times??
Using the restart logger app...let me try your suggestion and post the result. Thanks!
That is working... Phone did not get rebooted for more than 8 hours now. But while the screen is locked performance is lagging. If alarm is set it is not ringing only if I press the power button manually it will start ringing
Okay....now switch back to dalvik and post the results
I switched back to dalvik this afternoon. Though there is no frequent restarts as earlier but restarted once so far around 5pm. Can we expect a permanent fix in next ota?
There was maybe a problem with your cache... .. Now it is fixed.. .. Nd yeah next ota to fix alot of problems
Still it got restarted twice now after 5 pm
I am also facing random reboot issue.
This is because of Wifi continuously switched on.
NO reboots at all if I switch off Wifi.
I hope this a software bug which will be fixed in the upcoming Lolipop update.
My yureka restarts when i connect to any commercial routers WiFi but not when i connect it with any WiFi hotspot or home routers.....whats this issue??
Anybody suggest me some remedy?? Thnxx!
Root your phone and install cm11 or any other custom rom..... Or wait for lollipop

Hey guys,
First i want to say i did use the search tool to try and find my answer, but had no luck. Two days ago i updated to Miui 2.3.30 and since then i been having wifi problems and random restarts. If i turn wifi on it doesn't find anything any more and the phone crashes. After that it keeps restarting until i remove the battery.I tried previous miui builds but the same problem happened after using the phone for about 10 minutes. I also tried other roms that were not miui, on those i dont get the resarting problem, but wifi will keep turning off and on. Is there any fix for this? I love miui roms

Have you tried a full wipe? 9 out of 10 times this will fix problems.

I did a full wipe every time. By full wipe i mean : wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache.... I read in some threads that maybe is the kernel, but i have no idea about. Any help appreciated .
Kernal certainly could be the problem, dig through the development forum for that Rom and see what others are using as their Kernal. Try that and if it doesn't work provide us with more details
Alright, i looked around it and one of the users said he used DARKSIDE v12 kernel. I flashed it, but still have the problem. I also notice that if i turn airplane mode on none of the problems happen. It works perfectly on airplane mode. Also if i flash the rom and never try to turn wifi on it won't crash. If i try to turn wifi on the phone will keep crashing until i turn airplane mode on or reflash the rom. I am using a mytouch 4g with miui 2.3.30.
airplane mode is disabling everything you would have broken, so no problems would appear.
I'm running Darkside-v12-cm7+ from thederekjay. 2.6.34.14 and I'm not having any problems.
I was running some other kernel the other day and a bunch of things weren't working

Try to format system and data and then wipe delvic and them factory reset before flashing the rom. That is a true full wipe. You can't have issues if the rom doesn't format those partitions properly upon rom flash.
I got it to work !! Thank you guys for the help, i appreciate it. What i did was i clicked all the wipe options on recovery mode except battery and flashed an old miui i had. After it started i just left it there for like 3 minutes( didn't click anything) and restart it. This time i tried wifi and it worked. Turn it off and on a couple of times and it worked fine.

Hi
My clock app stop working around 8:45PM and also my phone works slow during that period.
everything works well after 4:00 AM ....?
I notice my alarm don't work in between that time and also no time update on any widget or on status bar time..
During that time if i try to install any app from app store than it also not work they will stuck at installing and never finish that installation process...Also my phone get hotter during that period and it use more battery power
like it use 30% battery in 2 hr
Once it pass 8:45 PM it stay that time on status bar unless you reboot phone and after reboot it works for 5 min and then again get Frozen to last state...
I have two android device (One X+ , nexus 7 both root and unlocked bootloader and has stock ROM )both device doing same thing.

Even I have custom ROM ... it will work... ?
Do they bring me to stock ROM or custom ROM.?
If all of your android devices are doing the same during certain hours then i would suggest to bring another device (from friend or some one els that u dont own) and use that device between same hours without installing any thing u normall on ur device but use ur own sim or wifi network.
If the problem comes to ur new nevice then its ur setup (wifi or sim) and if the problem dont comes then try completely wiping one device and flash some thing different and do not modify any thing and test again.
Sorry if the process is long but ur problem is the first i have heard of and needed to be identified as of which particular app or wifi or sim setup cause the problem.

As far as I know..Wifi or Sim does not cause these kind of probs..Its Probably related to an App..Thats why i suggested a factory Reset.

Hey
I turn off my Wi-Fi and Mobile data yesterday night and my mobile works fine all night...Yeh....
So it could be any app or any malware all ready download in my phone internal storage...that trigger by internet connection at certain time and it use more battery power and keep mobile overclocked and that make my mobile get too hot...
Yesterday I turn of both data connection at 8:00 PM so that didn't get activate and mobile works fine...
Now I think it can only be remove if i do Factory Reset..(Wipe Everything from Mobile including personal data)
I hope it's not any app...because I also remove lots of junk app from my mobile yesterday....
OP specifically mentioned the time between problem occurs, if u dont have same time as ur wifi then some times wifi dont work (google for nexus wifi gray signal) so might be at certain time wifi have issues or some app try to transfer lots data so to identify the problem cause we have to test every thing

Ya I am thinking about complete wipe, but need some time from my busy schedule.
May be next weekend I will do that, but I have to work on New phone (Old Phone Motorola Atrix 4G) on weekend .
Need to gather all information to root that phone and put CM10 on it. That phone has 2.2 on it. any idea where to start...?
I am going to send that phone to India so need to work on that phone first...
Still Good
Hey it's 9:45 PM and I have my wi-fi on and data connection also on and my phones works good.
So i guess I remove that app that hack my phone...
I guess it must be one of those app that i download off the market from apktop.com
i think u should not install any app other then play store untill u find it from good source or u want ur device to get slow again

Can you make it compatible with EDGE and have more LTE bands, like B20 (800mhz)?
Thanks for your hard work.

Mine is functioning well so far. Re Flash the zip again and check after at least 3 day usage.
always restart when screen OFF on my F320S ..
支持你!
谢谢韩国的朋友
look guys
These solution is not mine i found it xD but i dont remember where sorry
-If wifi is mad with you
install "F320-Philz-touch_Cloudy" / Wipe dalvik cache then flash su-v2.40 (Do this step each time that the phone turns off ) maybe you will have to try this many times before it work
-If soft reboot when the screen is sleeping or when press power button
install "wake lock - PowerManager" set ~PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK then go to options (in the nav bar) and set autostart on boot you can turn off notifications too
note: when you turn off the screen useing the power button it turns on back so you have to wait for until it shuts
2nd note: i'm just learning English (sorry)
And what about the rom?
Is there some news?
the Rom's download link is not work
okay i've found a fix fall pretty much every issue present in the f320k build. it's ridiculous and makes no sense, but it works for me and after working this out i haven't encountered a single problem apart from the battery drainage (i can probably get maybe 3 hours of light usuage, but im using some battery calibration app which i've never heard of but is supposed to work wonders) and the render kernel flashing but bringing all the old bugs back.
so basically what i did was factory reset the phone to jellybean (4.2.2 11E to be exact) via flash tool, attempted to install the omni lollipop rom. it worked, but no wifi, constant soft reboot, and no access to sd card within the rom. so i wiped that and gave this rom a try. for some reason, if you install any lollipop rom (so far ive tried ressurection remix and omni) straight after flashing JB, and then wipe that and run this rom, wifi works, no soft/hot reboots, and access to the sd card is present. it works vice-versa as well! flashing this rom, followed by Omni just fixes all the bugs (although the other two roms i tried do not have access to sd-card which is a bummer because all of my music and files are saved there).
after getting CM12 to boot and run fine, i created a backup of everything in TWRP in case something went wrong, which did happen.
while setting the device up, getting some apps installed, something triggered the wifi and hot reboot issue again. i wasn't sure what it was but there's no way i'd be cool with having to wipe the phone to stock jelly bean and redo this entire method to get the wifi fixed again, so i booted recovery, hit restore backup, and ONLY selected Modem in the things to restore. booted back up and its literally fixed the issues again. im still unsure of what's causing the bugs, but at least i know how to fix it and it only takes a minute and no data is lost at all.
i hope this helps anyone looking to get this rom working for them!
EDIT
i just unplugged the phone to go out and the wi-fi almost immediately cut off and the phone hot rebooted, so i think it might have something to do with that.
just tried recovering the Modem again and it's not working while flashing off or on charge.
just figured out that if you turn off wi-fi before unplugging device from charge it doesn't make phone hot reboot when pressing the lock button
Promlem
I have a few problems:
1) The phone sometimes restarts itself, so I noticed a reboot after you connect your phone to the charger (Render Kernel 10)
2) Quick battery drain.
With WiFi seems to be no problems

hi, i use cm13 nightlies rom ever since until now...
sometime, if i apply OTA update the phone went wrong (reboot itself, hot or battery drain fastly).
it will happen right after the OTA or when i update installed apps.
BUT the problem always fixed when i do a clean flash...
So, i suggest u do a clean flash to observe the symptom.
if clean flash doesn't fix your problem, so there may be a bug which u can consult in the thread...
If you have any custom kernel installed then reflash the rom and don't use custom kernel , If you have installed any mods over your rom then please remove those too ...
other than that random reboot won't happen , also for Data internet connection problem , check your APN , set only one APN as default , wipe cache and dalvik cache to get good results if facing random reboots .

i have updated my samsung note 3 SM-N900 with this lollipop update from sammobile
N900XXUEBPH2_N900ODDEBPF1_N900DDUEBPF1_HOME.tar.md5
now the problem starts....
1. wifi keeps resetting on its own after the lolli update (minor problem but if u could advice a permanent solution please help me)
2. MY MAIN PROBLEM with the update is my data icon takes longer time to reappear after a call.. after i on my data i have to wait minimum 30 seconds to see the data sign appear n start working.
Normally in 4.4.3 version, with my 2G data on, n after a phone call, the data sign appears back immediately
but
after lollipop update, with my 2G data on, n after a call, the data sign takes minimum 30seconds to appear n start working, n sometime even a min for the data to star working..
what might be causing the problem? please help...
i flash using odin n firmware from sammobile with two different lollipop version including the latest 2016, but its still the same...
...im from india..
no apps or cache is causing the problem, after the flash i reset n clear cache n did everything i could but its still d same.
right after the flash before installing any app, i on my data, make a call n check it again but like usual it takes a min n more for the data to work after a call.....
please help me solve this issue....
THANK YOU
