Nice!!! 4.3 is a nice rom for our phone but it's sad that you can't play a simple game couse it crash!!! i want to play plants vs zombies but in lvl 4 it crash couse of the low fps...And is a simple game.....!!!

Plants vs Zombies is pretty heavy. It's not what you see that determines the weight of a game, but the actual code and graphics.
It probably crashes because of the lack of a task manager or too many apps at startup eating up memory.

That is not true, Ivan helped so much for make it, he is the really good DEV, I just make some changes and fixes for everything work better, but without Ivan help it went to be so difficult I am still learning

I see that you use Space Killers kernel... Is Bluetooth working? What about WiFi?

I saw the not working list, its just that Bluetooth is a common bug and people usually don't mention it in not working list Anyway gonna download and test the ROM in a few minutes
EDIT: Herna do you think this is stable for daily use? I'm asking because I don't want to change ROM for no reason... What about gaming?

Yes, is stable for daily use. My brother is gaming and he hadn't still any problem. But is better you to change, you will not need PC when OTA is fully working and every update and fix will be on your phone and you will not need to be cleaning installing the ROM anytime

herna, stock camera is fully working on this manual.
1. Replace Gallery2.apk in / system / app (taken from slimbean 7.8)
2. Add camera.msm7630_surf.so in / system / lib / hw (unzip first!)

Yeah I know. I said to desalesouche the way to camera works, but as you know that ROM is compiled from source and is 4.3 , I cannot edit it on zip couse is not a build way to do it and also is 4.2.2 camera and I cannot put on 4.3 . If somebody wanna use it is okey, but I will not care if they have problems changing that files.

I tested the ROM but because you use 3.0.87 kernel by SpaceKiller every time I press the buttons phone reboots @herna please make another version with 3.0.86 kernel from slimbean 7.5

What screen do you have? Synaptics or Atmel, is strange for me you are the only which has that problem, anyway I am finishing new kernel and maybe it will work for you

Well I'm not the only one having this problem... If you go to SlimBean 7.8 thread a lot of people have problems with this... When I asked SpaceKiller why this happens he said he forgot to put some files on the new 3.0.87 kernel(its incomplete and not stable for some people) so people have reboots when pressing the buttons... He said he already fixed this problem and when the new version is going to be released everything will work How can I know what screen type I have? Also is the new kernel you are making based on 3.0.87 kernel? If thats the case then it wont work either... Is bluetooth working on this new kernel?

Not based on Spacekiller one. If the Cyanogenmod 10.2 worked good for you maybe it must work too on the new one. I just need to try to speak with Spacekiller, hopes he to help me

Has it solved that status bar issue, where the statusbar used to turn white in all the third party apps?
edit: tried the ROM and the statusbar problem is rectified but after flashing that internalsd patch the device wouldnt boot, but without that patch the rom works fine..but the camera has only 6mp and no 8mp support and also no front camera support..

theirs no internal sd card of 23mb in storage section, other then that everything is working good, using it from yesterday...

I had some trouble initially. Had to clear caches and reinstall the gapps (Using minimal version).

Running good, I used minimal gapps from op link. NETFLIX works OK. Great job Shumash!

I did a factory reset install from recovery, but you can try just cleaning caches, and see how it goes. Report back. Keep in mind that this is beta and KKK is not. Bluetooth is a WIP and I've been experiencing some random reboots.

I think i'll skip this for now. 5.1 loli fixed the ram issue i think.

When I say random reboots, they all happened during suspend, i.e. deep sleep.

I like the rom so far. I get "Android optimizing", on every reboot, google play services. It takes 6 minutes.

Me, too, but I don't think it's the ROM. I suspect gapps isn't ready for prime time. You might try the cm recommended one,
gapps-5.1-arm-2015-05-03-16-32-37.zip
EDIT: No good. The only one that reliably works is gapps-5.1.x-20150329-minimal-edition-signed.zip from the OP.

This gapps site seems to have the latest version. Flash it, clear caches and try it out. It's working for me, and, if I get good feedback, I'll update the OP.

I think I've found a working gapps. I'm going to test it for stability for a while, and, if it's good, I'll post PAC-rom 5.1 up again.

I have tried 4 different Gapps from different sources. Seems like they all had different problems mostly around playstore. I wish there was a way of telling you which one I have in there now. Seems most stable. Still using the rom, thanks for your work.

full swipe n flashed T705 rom, No sim detect, no cellular data. was able do phone call though.
was able to detect list of usual APN in Singapore, but still read as no sim detected.

T700 build uploaded please test it.

Man, those KK screenshots make me remember some things I miss from those days, the lock screen notifications style, halo and floating windows, really liked those
Anyhow, will give it a try on T700 and report the impressions

so you mean even if It appeared that No Sim Detected, cellular services are working because you are able to make phone call?

installing t700 right now will post back if i have any issues....
Update: it installed fast, it runs smooth, xposed installed OK and is working, love the boot animation, i am fully charging it now and will see how battery life is, also lots of options to tweaking this to your liking , right now i give this rom a grade of A++++++ nice work and love having deathly kernal installed with this rom....

OK thanks for reply, im glad its working I will trying to built t800 later today or tomorrow. Soon i have reinstall my PC (it gots crashed this morning) and on my S5 i hate connectet to my server

Yes, call can be made, but data is not available.

Can't download from Google play, no matter what i try to download i get the error you see in the pic

same issue here. Can call but no data and getting message that SIM card not detected.

Currently, this is basically a CM ROM with some tweaks in the PAC Console app (more will be added as the ROM matures.)
NOT WORKING:

ISSUES:
Boot up is LOOOOONG.
If the Android keyboard fc's on you during initialization, skip all the initialization that requires it. After you get to the home screen, go to Settings=>Language and Input=>Current Keyboard. Click on it and set the keyboard to the Google keyboard. You can then go back and setup the missing items.
There are numerous settings for the kernel. I suggest getting Kernel Adiutor from the Playstore for customization. I've set max CPU to 1782MHz and min to 384 (do not set it to 192 or you will get random reboots), smartmax governor, simple gpu governor, and ROW scheduler​

Worked with this for a while today. Good hookup on wifi and good video. Worth a try for the CM fans.

I have tried this today, but does not have root. Is there an option to enable root?.

Thanks, I did look for it in setting and developer mode, but did not see it. I been using evervol 6.01 ROM and thought I give yours a try have enjoyed using your previous PAC MAN ROM. May be a note about SU / Root in first post may help those trying it out.
I did not get any pop-ups messages asking about privace guard requesting access for apps. I only used for a day or two then switch back to evervol because no root. Bootups were extremely long as noted in first post, even reboots after installing new app.

Does the Slim Gapps have Play store? I don't seem to have them after reboot?

Nevermind. I found the issue. I had the storage set up too small. Great ROM!

On another note, I set cm-cache and cm-system to 2GBs using slim mini Gapps but don't see Play Store after install.. Any ideas?

I go to the ROM link it says UNOFFICIAL, also seems to be a AOSP.. can you provide the link to the files tha you used for the tptb installation ?

I used the ROM (pac_tenderloin_MM.Alpha.1.Unofficial_20160609-144807.zip) and slim Gapps zero (Slim_zero_gapps.BETA.6.0.build.0.x-20160516-2250.zip) from the first post then the first TWRP recovery from this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52765140&postcount=3 (update-TWRP-jcs-dm-tenderloin-20140612b.zip)
Note: Installing slim Gapps mini doesn't give you Play store for some reason so I had to use slim Gapps zero.

Does this ROM support 4G model ?

Is development of this ongoing? My KK TouchPad is wondering.

More or less. I can't get bluetooth to work, and the best minds can't help me. I won't post any updates until/unless I get it working, which looks pretty hopeless at this time.

Well I believe in you and if it's working on Evervolve MM enough then I know we all know sharing is caring. The included features of PAC ROM are much preferable to playing with new Xposed modules on new OS level. Stability is funny like that.

Hi, i know this thread is old and im new at this whole things but i would like to know how did you make the size of the cm-system and cm-cache bigger?

it appears that the gapps have been taken down? is there a way to get them still? would like to install this ROM.
