I tried looking all over their site and over at rootzwiki and I cant get an answer. I just want to know if the latest aokp_mako_nightly_2013-07-27.zip is 4.3 or 4.2.2. Thank you.
Could be wrong but as far I know AOKP hasn't released a 4.3 rom yet.
Ok, thanks.

You have Knox 0x1? If so, then that's the problem.
Hey Guys,
I've recently rooted and installed Cyanogenmod on my S4, thinking that once I have 4.3 on there, I could now use my Samsung Smart Watch.
I managed to find a Galaxy Gear .apk and installed that. When it runs and tries to connect to the watch, it fails every time. I was going to try and install Samsung Apps, then download Galaxy Gear from there and try again. But the only one I could find was from this link.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2277473
And that APK won't install using APK Installer. (Just says: "X App not installed.")
I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with the S4 and the Samsung Smart Watch. Or knows of a different way to do this. I'd love some help.
Thank you
The Samsung Watch is most likely not going to work with cm since the watch and its software is propriety. You will need to use a stock Rom base 4.3.

I thought I read people were getting it to work once they had a rom with 4.3.
That's a bit disappointing. Thanks though.
I installed the 4.4 kit Kat PA rom from Houston. Did the initial setup, but my apps from the stock rom won't automatically download from the Playstore. Anyone know how to fix this, or have an easier way of downloading the apps, other than doing it one by one?

I would like to run non-root OTA rom without touchwiz ... or at least run rom without root. I want to set my S4 intl to factory default without touchwiz crap.
Is this even possible?
Doh sorry didn't fully read title. But i think some of my ideas my help.
No such thing as ota official Samsung android without touch wiz.
The best your going to do I guess is use Google Play Edition rom and do full unroot.
The other thing is maybe use aosp rom and full unroot or cyanogenmod and full unroot.
Anyway there are a few ideas for you.
