I always get this message when installing a ROM on my D805 (except the AOSP).
this message comes right back to the start of the initial configuration, and not leave it!
someone has gone through this?
OBS: can I install any ROM D802 I have this same message!

how do you go to stock rom, is it purely stock or custom?
try factory reset lol. will lose all data.
wipe the app that fc data\caches.
in recovery fix permisions, only if you have a recovery on phone. if you do have update it
on aosp its not there.
Do you do clean installs

The only one that actually helped me out is deleting the lg setup*.apk from the flashable zip.

Yes I always got this when installing a new rom on d802. was really annoying and i had to uninstall the setupwizard.apk and odex from system/app. i returned my phone to stock original then rerooted and installed blackpearl and this has gone away however.

Thank you, excluding LGStartupwizard.apk had worked to install the ROM.

Help. LG-G2 d802 Bootloop.

I flashed CloudyG2 3.3 yesterday, and phone started to restarting itself in every 2-3 minutes. Then everything got messed up, i dont know what to do, lt got stucked on looping lg logo. i dont have any rom zip in my phone's storage, i cant even reach into twrp. it just keeps looping the lg logo. my phone is lg d802 international, please help me

Can you get into download mode? If you can, try using the LG Mobile Support tool to flash a stock ROM.

thanks for the reply, yes i can get into download mode. but there is a huge list, how will i know which one is the correct for me ? my phone is d802, korean made, bought in turkey, if im not mistaken the numbers were like V30b when i took the last ota.

Has anyone come up with a work around to make android pay work? It was working fine by disabling su then the application. But something has changed that doesn't work anymore. I even tinkered with xposed and rootcloak but that isn't working either. I know it has nothing to do with the rom version because I've reverted to the stock image of this build a couple times and pay works. If anyone has any advise that doesn't mean staying unrooted it would be much appreciated

I read an article recently, and if I find it I will post it, but it said that android pay can detect all root methods now and will disable itself.

Thanks for the info but just saying that's bogus. I can see if your a businessman and got a corporate account. But us regular users that enjoy tinkering with our devices they should allow us to sign a waiver to make it work.

pin problems on restore of stock backup

Over the years I have had loads of android phones and never had any problems rooting, installing custom roms and backups.
Ive recently bought a nexus 6P and this is one of the most problematic phones when it comes to restoring a backup. On first setup I used a backup PIN along with my fingerprint. Whenever I install a custom rom, then revert back to my rooted stock backup, I have to put in my PIN, it boots fine then goes to the lock screen. I input my fingerprint then Im asked for my PIN. Then I get the Wrong Pin message even though ive used it countless times. I then have to connect it to my PC and do a full unroot. Whats going on??

To get all to work on sprint. Use Advanced signal statusl app in playstore to switch to cdma only then to lte only, then to lte/cdma auto prl. If it looks like this you're Done.
