Hello to everyone,
I just launched a new android wear app and wanted to share with the community. This is my 1st android wear app so im super excited and want to see what you guys think about it.
The app is to help find your phone / mobile device if you misplaced it .
I made this app after i got an android watch and noticed that i dont use my cell phone that much anymore and kept leaving it around and spending too much time finding it. So i made an app to help me find it.
Any suggestions would be great.

This is just the basic idea but at least it is a begining and it's something developers can ground their ideas on^^

I can have a go at it, I just need the Visual studio for w8 on my MBP, not the iso-install file, the exe-standalone, if you can get that and give me a link I will have the app done in about (at most) 4 hours

I was until W8 did BSOD all the time I wanted to do something.
This user post this on GS2 forum, and wanted to share with everyone here too. But he is claiming to have a "virus" inside the "Market Place" if you update to the latest version.

Not sure why anyone would donwload those "apps" to begin with. They didn't make any sense. Ever since Market turned into Play, this is the first time I've really heard of threats I'd viruses in the Market. Thanks for the heads up.

i need to set up a Tablet with a selection of four to six Thumbnail Clips.
Once a Clip is choosen it should be streamed to an LCD WIFI TV.
Is it possible to program an App like this?

i dont think its impossible i just think its hard ... but XDA has the best brain of android dev and users so i think its a matter of time since you just gave the idea

It's ok
I have one. They are not too bad with the basic functions. The app is in a huge need of updating as Android won't sync properly with the phone yet some similar apps will but not give full functionality. IPhones version of the mediatek app works so much better. As for software and apps on the watch very limited, no ability to update the firmware or backgrounds and the downloadable applications from the apks don't work properly. Build quality is great but without software development it's as unless as tits on a bull.
