Need Ouya Everywhere for Mojo with Unjustified Dev's CyanogenMod 12 - M.O.J.O. General

After quite a bit of trail and error, I was able to upgrade my Mojo from stock, to 4.2.2 rooted, and now to 5.02 using Unjustified Dev's CyanogenMod 12.
In the process, I lost all apps I had installed on Mojo, and that crucially also removed Ouya Everywhere, which is one of the reasons I wanted a Mojo in the first place.
I tried sideloading the four Ouya framework files:
tv.ouya.apk
tv.ouya.console.apk
tv.ouya.oe.installer.apk
tv.ouya.oobe.apk
The Ouya launcher does work, but after logging in, the launcher is empty and when I attempt to enter the Discover Store, I get an error message that says
"The OUYA launcher is out od date. Would you like to upgrade it now? Y/N"
Clicking no takes you back to square one, and clicking yes takes you to the Ouya update screen where it says "Connecting to Ouya servers..."
and then after a few seconds it hangs on
"Install failed, aborting update".
I would be happy just with Ouya Everywhere that was on 4.2.2 rooted if the full Ouya launcher can't work.
Can someone please provide me with that? I want to have access to the Ouya games that are Mojo compatible. Thanks.

[Q] Nook Touch + Market Stopped working

So i have a Nook Simple Touch I was using about 9 months ago, which fell to disuse for a bit for a variety of reasons. It's running 1.1.0, and is rooted.
I dusted it off to recently give it some more use again, and wanted to update some of the apps, but discovered that the Market doesn't seem to work anymore - I know it used to, but now, whenever I try to download anything, I get a dialog: "Download Errror: Download was unsuccessful, please try again." I've waited an extra day, as I remember that was originally necessary to complete the registration process, but still nothing. Searching (with Market Search) works, even for things I haven't looked up before, and it still recognizes my account, as I see my email, though I noticed that the Nook Touch doesn't get listed in the Google Play Store under devices.
Any ideas what might be going wrong here, or things to try? I'm also willing to upgrade to a newer firmware (1.2.1), but am not sure of the best method to update a rooted device. I can pull it into a separate post, but I'll include it here for now:
I'm sure I'l have to root again, but Is it possible to upgrade the rooted device and then simply re-root, or will I lose everything I've installed? Is it just better to wipe, update and re-root? If so, is there any convenient way to keep all of my settings?
Thanks!

Sad, no one wants to reply. Or perhaps no one knows.
Did a backup, and experimented. I couldn't update directly, so I wiped back to a stock ROM, and upgraded to 1.2.1. Rooted with ManualNooter, and the market worked. So I have no idea what was going on, but it works now. Sadly, a computer accident made me lose my backups (including unrooted images). But at least I've got something functional.
I am currently in the same boat with my NST (BNRV300) running rooted 1.1.2. I last installed and/or updated some Market apps successfully perhaps about a year ago, and have not made any other change to the Nook, so I am at a lost as to what might be the cause. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
For now, my workaround this problem is to download the desired app's apk file from an alternate source (e.g., APKPure) then side-load it onto the NST.
My guess would be that somehow your authtication with Google has been lost on the device.
If you go to the PlayStore on a computer do you see your NST listed as a device, and if so, when you select an app that way does it eventually appear on your NST?

I think you are right -- my NST credential with the Playstore must have expired or more likely become invalid when I changed my password on my Gmail account.
If so I can't figure out how to re-validate the credential: I recall entering my Google login/password via the YouTube app during the course of rooting my NST using the MinimalTouch tool's 2-phase process, but now I can't even get the YouTube app to start (error message: ... problem starting up, please check your network connection and system time).
Look here
I responded to a related issue awhile back. Not sure if the info at the link might kick-start the signing in process.
Thanks for the pointer.
I decided to go the route of "factory reset, upgrade to 1.2.1 and re-root using Nook Manager", as simply re-rooting 1.1.2 using the old tool (Minimal Touch) is tedious & somewhat error-prone -- plus I'd like to try out 1.2.1.
That was what I would usually suggest but the farther I have gotten from that "day 1", the less likely I am to take/offer the same advice. I've made so many modifications at this point I don't think I'd ever get it back to its present state! Back up early and often...and, apparently, access the Market every so often, even if you don't want anything.
Good luck!

What's the easiest way to do a full reset on the Ouya

I have my Ouya rooted using the toolbox. I've been installing and upgrading xbmc frequently and notice that it seems to misbehave or become laggy. I've done a factory reset, but some of the programs don't seem to have been removed.
What's the easiest way to do a full reset on the Ouya (I'm a noobie and I don't know if I have to boot up to recovery and do a full wipe.) I'm just worried that I have to do some type of additional backup incase the wipe malfunctions ? Is there something I should backup before doing the wipe ?
thanks.
Edit: I followed the instructions to install "StockPlusPatch." After rebooting, I installed XBMC from a nightly build. I then noticed that my old XBMC settings were still available. I did a bit more trouble shooting. I finally uninstalled XBMC, deleted the main XBMC folder from Ouya. Then I installed XBMC from the Ouya "store" and then installed Navi. My XBMC works properly with Navi now. I'm guessing the nightly builds of XBMC does not play well with Navi.

I guess not. I had trouble with the store version so I went with a nightly and it was ok for a few days. When it started throwing fits I went back to the store version and now my Navi wont work but the rest is fine. New hardware = wild ride.

[Q] Some Help for my ADT-1 please

I received a new ADT-1 yesterday and I turned it on and went through setup, it took an update of some sort at that time, the device is currently at LPW39. I used the npjohnson method 1 to root my device, this went fine and stopped there last night.
Today I attempted to sideload some apps using the guide that Webstarr posted, sent ES File Explorer and Sideload launcher to my ADT-1, both showed up but when I try to open Sideload launcher it never opens and an error message comes up stating that Sideload launcher and stopped working. When I attempt to open ES File explorer the screen looks like it trys to open the app but never does.
Also I started getting another error message during boot of the ADT-1 that says "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.location has stopped.
I checked and had a 192.0 mg update so I used SuperSU and removed root to take the update in hopes that it would fix some of the issues I described, I start the update and about 25% into it I get the error on the install screen. It sits there and then reboots back to the main screen and all is as described above. So I have access to everything stock but seem to have some strange issue with the sideloading and the location processes and I still have that 192.0 mg update to take that fails every time I try it.
Thoughts on where to go from here?
I decided since my ADT-1 wouldn't take the OTA update without erroring out that I would side load it and see if that worked, used the molly-LPX13D-from-LPW39.zip.
Well it didn't, here is what it returned. Can anyone give me some guidance on what I should be doing to fix it?
Es File Explorer and the Sideload Launcher can be sent to the Adt-1 directly from the playstore but I think it has to be from the Chrome Browser.

Super Mario run incompatible?

So I just heard Mario Run is on play store (a day early) but when I search for in play store its not there. When I try to get on from desktop site it says its incompatible... Anyone tried it? I'm running DU Official, not that the ROM should matter
Update 3/25
If I could edit the title I would. Its not really incompatible but has trouble running on rooted devices. Some people are reporting it works with Magisk (even though I tried and that just gets it to launch but then it throws out an error after finishing level one.)
Works just fine. I downloaded from APK mirror and side loaded

I heard that it will detect root and crash...try hiding it from root using Magisk
Anyone knows why this is happening ? Will the game be supported ? I have the same issue on the Mate 8.
Make sure if your using magisk it's the latest and hide turned on also usb debugging turned off Mario runs detects root etc like PGO
the same thing happened to me with Fire Emblem Heroes , i could not install it from the playstore.
it says something like 'your device is incompatible' , but when i downloaded an apk from apkmirror it works just fine.
i thought it could be because i am using a smaller dpi and not the original, so i reverted back but it was still saying incompatible.
I am having a similar issue
My Nexus is not rooted, passes the Safetynet tests but crashes at the Nintendo logo
Sounds like im not alone in this either, any idea's?
That's strange. I'm rooted and can run the game just fine, but didn't install it from the Play Store though, had to sideload the apk from APK Mirror.
Edit: well I stand corrected. I was able to play the first level earlier no problem, now I went back to play a little more and game is stuck, getting a message saying that an error has occurred.
Running system root and also had to use Magisk to hide or it just crashed at start.
Nexus 6, rooted, no Magisk. Incompatible from play store, sideload works fine from APK mirror and game runs flawlessly.
I have the stylo 2 plus rooted with TWRP and i cant download from play store due to incompatibility and i side loaded the game from an apk mirror and game works up until after the data download that happens after the tutorial. after i completed the tutorial and did the data download, i got a support code "804-5100" and yust sends me back to main menu (red title screen)!
I've been looking for other people with the same issue since i saw the game was out yesterday. Nexus 6P running PureNexus (that I compile myself) rooted, and i get the "all your devices are incompatible" from the play store page, and the game doesn't even show up from the play store on my phone.
I was wondering if it was finding root and throwing a fit or something. I also side loaded it from apk mirror, and it hits the nintendo splash and then closes.
Guess I'll play with magisk and see if i can get it to work from there.
It might be a Rom issue. People with the game crashing, what Rom are you on?
Hi. The same on My HTC ONE M8 rooted android 6.0 with Viper rom 5.0.2 - application incompatible with your device so confused
The same here, DarkRom and root... Not working
Using Helios 7.9 for Samsung SM-G930F and Magisk 11.1, enabled MagiskHide and have the Mario Run App hidden.
Keeps cruching
Pure Nexus root, i install it from playstore but it crash at Nintendo logo

Have you tried hiding root with magisk or another root hider app?
This is due to being rooted not a DPI problem. My fix was to unroot my device, install the latest Magisk from the playstore. Within Magisk download the latest 11.6 zip and flash it. When you boot back up open Magisk and you should be able to pass safteynet and be rooted by Magisk. Then under Magisk Hide. I can now install supermario run and fireemeblem heroes from the playstore. For safety, go to Magisk and hide the root from Super Mario Run.

Can't play Fate/Go

Hi people.
I'm trying to play Fate/Go but i always got "Error 1". I have the latest update form android Pie, no root, no USB debugging, no developers options. I'm from Europe so i have to download it from external stores like qooapp or apkpure, but it works good normally. Also, i have Pokemon Go and Fire Emblem Heroes on my phone and it works perfect. Weird thing is that some months ago i could play the game perfectly, but my phone totally bricked and to fix it, the people of the support center changed the motherboard, chaging de IMEI in the process. Maybe it's because of this?
I would apreciate if someone download and try to play the game on the latest Android 9 update stock.
Thanks!
