Imei-Check with Windows Vista

Hi,
i just paid for imei-check and im not running xp any more im running vista, hence no active sync i use mobile device center (part of vista)
as a result C3v1Unlock.exe cant see my connected XDA orbit device.
any ideas of a workaround for this ? other than going to an xp machine to do it?

Update :
I go ttit to work by disabling windows firewall, it connects to my device now and reboots it, but then it says
"this unlocker works for Artemis devices only. Aborting"
any ideas ?

the 4.2 version is incompatible with windows Vista, try the new 4.5 beta.
For your information Windiows Vista have built in the active sync module (look the mobile connection probram in side bar).

no, not found in Vista, I'll try the V2 probram of imei.check. This program ask me to attend if I'm Vista user (attend for 2 minutes for Vista install program), but I've attend for 5 minutes and my P3300 screen still blank!

I used imei check with vista and it worked perfectly first time - did you set a connection and sync the orbit with windows before you tried?

Iolite XDA Guide Windows Drivers Needed

I have an O2 XDA Guide - also known as Iolite - also known as Touch Cruise 09 or Touch Cruise 2 !!!
I need the windows drivers for this mobile phone. It works automatically on my laptop (running Win XP) and my PC (running Windows 7) but I wanted to use the internet connection sharing option on somebody else's laptop yesterday and it wouldn't download the device drivers from windows update automatically.
Therefore, I was hoping somebody could point me to where I can download the required XP and Win 7 drivers from or could post the drivers to this forum. I can then put them on the phone's memory card and will be able to install them to any laptop I want to use Internet Connection Sharing on.

You need activesync installed to use the network sharing function. It will not work without that.

[SMF 1.1] HTC Sync doesn't work after install

Hi every:
Recently I install the ROM SMF 1.1 in my phone but now I can't access to HTC Sync in my PC and I don't know how to solve this problem. I try removing the drivers and reinstalling it again but the problem still. I have the latest version of HTC Sync and Windows 7 x64. Any help?

problem with zune

Hi All.
I have HTC 7 Trophy 7392 (unlocked), when i connect phone to the pc and start zune i get an error - "Connection error"
I cant deploy apps and games and cant connect to windows phone device manager.

I've got flash DFt Ultrafruit rom wp7 but i've some bug ...
-Usb connection stay one or two minutes
-I can't sync with zune
Any help please

use other ROM... Ultrafruit have too much bugs...
also check if ActiveSync (XP) or WMDC (Win 7) installed (because drivers) try reinstall then check did Zune connect

Yes but with other rom i've the same problems..
Maybe it's because activsync is not installed ?
i'm on W7 and i've only installed WMDC

yes... if you have XP, you must install ActiveSync because drivers....
