Cannot make or receive calls

Hi,
I am using the O2 xda mini in India.
THe problem I am facing is I came to nepal for my vacation, and with the network service providers here, I cannot make or receive calls. The phone registers properly with the network. I can receive and send SMSs. THe only problem is with the calls.
I tried hard resetting the phone. I played with the call forwarding/waiting settings for a while and it started working BUT i wanted to copy number from the old sim, i inserted the old sim.. copied the numbers and inserted back the new sim again. And it has stopped working again. I tried hard resetting, playing with the settings. Can someone enlighten me on this.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.. CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS while I CAN SEND / RECEIVE SMS.

Did you try inputting the international dialing code before the number?
If you are going to be in India for a while it might be best if you purchased a SIM chip there to go into your phone.
Also, your phone IS unlocked, right?

Operator or SIM problem ????

Hi
My problem is that people can't reach my mobile (even with full reception). They have to call twice. I think the problem happens after I check my mail over G3-UMTS.
My operator suggested to change the SIM card !!!!
any similar problems ????

[Q] Unable to receive incoming calls defy plus with Jellybean 4.2.2

I have installed cm-10.1-20130331-NIGHTLY-mb526 along with gapps-jb-20130301-signed on my Motorola defy plus mobile. There is a problem with incoming calls i am not able to receive calls and caller is getting a busy tone.

Problem With calling and send sms

I I have unlocked s4 i9505 my problem is that i cant call send sms and noone cant call and send sms to me too.. Ive put vecton sim card to phone and i have a full network but i still cant call...

SM-G935V. Help Please

Hello my dears:
my phone is SM-G935V , the problem is that the network is so weak . I mean concerning making phone calls and receiving sms. while on other phones , it is very good. they can make calls and send and receive messeges .
can u help me solving this problem ?

I had that issue and more with the Verizon s7 edge. Same issue with 4 of them...find out it's a Samsung issue that Samsung don't care about,due to it not being a safety hazard
