Hi guys,
My phone is G900F. Its android is updated to lollipop
I wanted to enable Farsi language on it. So I downloaded "Language Enabler" app. Then successfully rooted it through:
h t t p://download.chainfire.eu/397/CF-Root/CF-Auto-Root/CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f.zip
However, when I launched the "Language Enabler" app, although it did enable the desired language, it damaged the performance of my phone. It runs slowly and with graphical lags.
Anybody knows a solution?
Best
If I need to reinstall the rom please guide me to the right thread.
I want the original lollipop rom back + enabling farsi language + being able to download original released updates

Hey guys, I will get my Arc pretty soon. But the OS will be installed in German. Would it be possible to change language easily? Or do I have to install an English version?
Thanks for your replies
It lets you select the language on boot. It also allows you to change it from the settings menu afterwards. Thisis not dev related.
I'm new to this, so I apologize if this has been discussed before.
I am trying to get Hebrew support on my phone. Any existing hebrew and hebrew that I type comes out backwards. I'd like to avoid rooting/modding, or whatever since I'm scared of destroying the phone, unless of course there is no other way to do it.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
I have the same RTL problem. I live in Israel and I need Hebrew support. Stock 2.2 versions have Hebrew support so SMS messages are displayed correctly. New 2.3 stock ROMs lack this support. They have the fonts, but Hebrew is displayed left-to-right. Is there any way to add Hebrew support to 2.3 ROM? If not, which custom ROMs have good Hebrew support?
Hi,
I think i have a solution.
Download and explores apk Swiftkey X
Keyboard isn't the problem. The problem is how the text is displayed.
RtL support: FIXED
After scouring the internet with no viable solution, I decided to join the world of rooting and modding/Romming (?). I read as much as I could and was as careful as possible. The solution? I rooted my phone and installed ClockWorkMod and CyanogenMod7. It has Hebrew built in and can switch back and forth easily. Built in keyboard also has the option to change languages by sliding the spacebar. I will post step by step soon. It's been over a week and so far everything is working fine. I would suggest backing up your current ROM (after you install CWM but before CM7) just in case.
Hi all,
I have a Focus V1.3. It is not developer unlocked, and I have no desire to spend the $100 to get it unlocked just so I can flash ROMs on it. I do want 7.8 though, so I am going to try using SevenEighter.
I read though the WP7 CAB thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1306415) and there seems to be some conflicting information about language packs. I know I need to add the right language packs to the phone when updating to avoid any problems with features.
1. What are the language packs that came on the original Focus? Do I need to add all of these original languages if I choose to switch regions later?
2. Can I add all language packs? Will this cause problems when updating?
3. What language packs have you used and successfully updates your Focus to 7.8?
Thanks
Just go to Region+Language and tap on Display Language, you will see all the packs listed. There are not many, mine had 5. Update, apart from a few timeout errors, went seamlessly.
is this good advice
I went to region/language/display. Also just found 5. But if I go to the keyboard and look at available languages (as the website for seveneighter says to do) it has a ton, including a lot not available to check off in seveneighter. Have a samsung SGH-i917 7.5 OS 7.10.7740.16.
IUNI.COM just released their first open beta of IUNI OS for Galaxy s4 I9500.
Details of this rom can be found here:

And here is the download link:

I have uploaded it to Google Drive:

The problem, beside its beautiful modern flat design, is its language. It just came with chinese language and no option in the setting for changing the language. When I try to change the language by editing the build.prop or by using third party locale apps from play store, the icons will mess up and phone.apk/contacts.apk will stop working.
This is a good ROM, after Color OS and MIUI, this the only chinese official custom rom for I9500 come with smart stay function.
To our beloved developers... please translate it!

Phone note 4 sm-n910s I need to add Arabic or Rom phone to sm-n910c I need a free site with all paid
Hello!
Just set your ROM language to Arabic in the phone settings:
Open settings -> Go to language -> Select Arabic
Mobile is Korean and has no Arabic language
Mobile is Korean and has no Arabic language
I'm pretty sure it has to have Arabic language pre-installed. I've never, and I mean never, heard an android device not to have other selectable languages pre-installed or that one specific is missing.
Did you look properly? Maybe you just missed it by not looking properly.
The Korean phones are properly considered their own rheumatism does not support Arabic
Hm, didn't know that.
After a little of research I found this app on the Google Play Store. Maybe this helps you out.
The only problem about this: it needs root access or the user to set the required permissions "manually" via adb.
I think it's worth giving a try if you're able to do it via root or adb.
If that doesn't help you out, I'm out of ideas. Sorry.
Thanks
