Why not to port roms like Xperia, Samsung (touchwiz), HTC (sense)... It will be cool, we have aosp so it will be easier to port

Don't you think you are asking too much. We don't even have MIUI so no chance for any other

you own a nexus. you don't need to flash roms made by convicted scammers, you know that right? you probably come from a legacy device and you're used to this ****, my advise is this, forget mashups for a moment and go look around. you'll find tons of original roms.
Hello,
I was wondering if there is any way to get the native Android JB SMS.apk to work with TW roms? looks like this

Hi guys,
my nexus 4 16GB arrives in a few days time, and I am looking for a nice 4.2 rom for it
I really like the look of this rom:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2402572
and paranoid android.
I really want multiuser support in the rom.
and i also really like this sidebar sorta thing:

also i love really simple roms and i want it rooted.
sorry if im too specific
thanks.
I really dig the note 3 but the one thing missing for me are AOSP roms. Im a person who like to switch from TW to AOSP when i feel like it. The device is out now for quite some time now but haven't seen any AOSP roms yet.
CM posted a picture on G+ showing a note 3 running CM many weeks ago but after that it went silent.

Yeah sony, I would love to build my own linux kernal. Anyway, the question is - Can someone explain to me how can this be useful ? Is it better than custom roms or is it the exact same thing? Does it give any advantages for xperia users? I know this isn't exacly the newest thing but I don't understand really, are you using this for building roms ?
