Use the search bar, there are TWRP backups of stock brazillian 5.0.2 ROM.
If you wan't exactly the DE rom better download it and flash it, then flash TRWP and you're done.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately the 5.0.2 DE firmware image is not available yet, and I don't really want to flash the brazialian firmware or downgrade to the 4.4.4 DE to upgrade again (due to all the hard brick reports). I was asking for the TWRP SYSTEM backup because I've accidentally deleted the one I've taken just after the lollipop OTA, and now I can't revert to a totally clean ROM (I've installed xposed and a bunch of other stuffs).

Hi all.
I bought new xperia z1 compact and I installed latest cyanogenmod. I realized that I am missing some functions from stock FW (especially stock camera app). Can zou please give me some tips/advises how to complete revert to stock FW. many thanks for your help. (TA backup was made as well).
Install stock firmware which you used to take TA backup from (if you don't know; install KitKat stock)
Root stock rom
Restore TA backup with Backup TA
Flash factory firmware again with flashtool and check everything under Wipe

I used to be happy with my 5s SM-900M back in 4.4.2 kitkat.
My days started to be so awful and sluggish with this update.
Now I can't downgrade my phone to kitkat, because SAMMOBILE site downloads last forever with 15kb/s download speed.
Anybody here with an unbranded SM-G900M firmware?
I made a fully backup from my 4.4.2 stock rom, (boot, data, system, efs, cache)
Would I brick my phone if I restore that backup?
Thank you guys.

Simply install any LP ROM with specified instructions. Or if you want to restore pure stock, Relock bootloader and Install the IMG file.

You can use the modded stock rom and flash it from TWRP --------> Modded Lollipop 40.60 Stock Rom (Google Drive Link)
and flash the stock kernel through fastboot before you update to build 40.87 --------> Stock Kernel (note - this will remove the TWRP recoveries, After update you can flash TWRP recoveries back)
Otherwise, you can use this tutorial If you doesn't want to download the files. ( I recommend you to just download the flashable stock rom )
Or you can download and flash any custom stock rom (I prefer cleanstock rom, not to much bloatware)
Good luck

Just take a TWRP Backup.
Install MM update without any wipe.
Edit: you will loose root. incase if you r rooted before, you can get it back by flashing latest SuperSU.zip
I don't have twrp..I updated to eui 5.8..
Now I lost root and I can't root it now..
I tried PC but it's not working..

you just need to get stock firmware file
get(extract) the system.img
copy to phone/sdcard
flash with twrp to system
if that fails flash the system image only in bootloader(fastboot)
or the firmware flasher(system.img only)
