Hi
I have tried a couple of lollipop ROMS and its the same on both. The vibrate seems to be significantly weaker than my previous ROM.
Is this a ROM specific issue or is there any other way to improve it for notifications and calls?
Thanks
Manny
Probably through the STweaks app that comes with the kernel.
I saw that some have a vibration intensity setting.

Hey so I've been using shubCRAFT for a while and no matter which build I'm using, the vibration notifications while the phone is locked do not work. Which means I have to leave the sound on all the time and that's kind of a pain. I've already tried getting an answer out of the thread itself but no one replies to my question so I was hoping someone here would be able to help me out.
do you have vibrate set to always? that might be the problem.
I only have vibration on while the phone is on silent mode.
Hi, does anybody know a way to increase the vibration intensity on the note 3? It is set to maximum on settings but it is very weak. If it helps my phone is rooted and running a custom rom. Thanks

Got same problem and do not know what to do. Any help???
I've searched around for a bit, but couldn't find the answer to this...
When in Vibrate mode, I want the vibration intensity for phone calls and messages to be at the maximum intensity.
When in Sound mode, I want the vibration intensity for for phone calls and messages to be completely off.
I've tried going into the Sound Settings and adjusting the vibration intensity while in Sound and/or Vibrate mode, but the intensity setting does not save within the Sound or Vibrate mode; its setting is applied universally.
My phone isn't rooted and I can't root because of a stupid app that my work uses and disables my app if I'm rooted. Plus, I've had less and less of a reason to root (besides tether and Titanium)
Is it possible to set it the way I've described?
Thanks in advance.
Dear members,
I've been searching hours for a solution to change the intensity of vibrations for the lineageos on my le pro 3.
Can anyone definetely tell how to setup vibration intensity with that device on lineageos?
There seems not to be any setting to change vibration-strength in the regular settings.
Maybe an app will do the job.
Thanks so far,
mobshredder
Same here. Always miss calls when the phone is in pocket.
Anyone figured it out?

Did you guys ever find out a solution? Is there another ROM that will allow for making the vibrate intensity stronger?
Two of the biggest complains I have about this fantastic phone are its weak vibration strenght (I can't feel the notifications in my pocket and sometimes even on the table!) and the veeeeery low in call volume. The voice from the other side is clear but the volume is way too low and I have to press hard on my ear to hear something when I'm on the outside.
I thought it was a defect but I changed the phone when I bought it and the issue remains.
So my question is: is there a kernel that can improve these two aspects? I want to remain with the stock rom and as clean and stable as possible

As far as I know this isn't a kernel thing. Oos isn't that great in my opinion and every custom rom I have tried has had an option for increased vibration strength.
