Cant boot into Recovery after Lollipop flash - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi Guys
I'm on a note 3 n9005 a d have installed the lollipop firmware by the method shown here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3/general/guide-t2983873
but now since I have flashed CWM recovery all it tells me is Could not boot normal and goes back to download mode. Normal booting of the phone works fine.
Can anyone help with this ?
Thanks
Richie

Flash the latest version of TWRP (2.8.5).

how did you install cwm? Try using twrp flash it using pc odin.

Thanks for getting back to my guys.
I eventually flashed TW on and it worked then tried using ROM manager to put CWM on. All this got me was a recovery loop.
The problem I have is I have a CWM backup of my phone and want to restore it but cant using TW.
Any thoughts on how to get CWM working on the phone ?

is there any 2.8.5 TWRP for SM 9005?
I cant find any...

i tried CWM recovery, didnt work
i tried an older version of TWRP, didnt work!
i tried installing the recovery using GOO.manager, also didnt work
does flashing the recovery before flashing CF-autoroot change anything ? just wondering
You used the wrong recovery version, The version you used is for 4.3, you need to get the latest version for KK CWM by Chenglu or latest TWRP (which isn't numbered yet AFAIK) .7 is for Jellybean
Goo manager won't work with KK yet either.

N9005 Stuck in bootloop after flashing rom - HELP

I have TWRP recovery installed, but no backup - HELP
I have my IMEI number at hand but have no idea how to fix this.
I've been spoilt with my Nexus I think...
You will have to flash a working rom. Do you have any on you phone that you no work. If not you will have to download one on pc and move to your phone to flash in TWRP or use odin.

Ahhh finally managed to find the stock rom and flash via Odin
Phew! Cheers fella
Glad you got it sorted.

Cant access CWM anymore.

Tried to install CWM from rom manager 6.0.4.6 but i had 6.0.4.7.
This cus i have problem installing CM updates directly by pressing restart and install.
Efter this i was in a boot loop an could not access CWM only the DL mode. So i installed CWM from the original source i did the first time and then the boot was ok all the way but then tried PWR VOL+ HOME but then i gut in to the boot loop again untli i reinstalled the CWM tried once more but same result.
So now i have CWM installed and i can boot up but i cant access CWM to make backup or restore the previus one.
Any ideas of what could be wrong?

I upgraded to samsung stock kikat before and its non reversible as i got it does that matter?
to be frank, I never try to flash anything from ROM manager.
This tools I've left it very very long time ago.
Have you tried to reflash the KK stock firmware, since you said you are on KK already (to get your stock recovery first), make sure everything is ok. Then reflash the CWM through ODIN. Don't use ROM manager.

SM-G900F trying to install cm 12.1

Hi Guys i have some Problem to install CM 12.1 on my sgs 5 (SM-G900F).
After much trying i think i have root access to my phone.
no i trying to install cm via the recovery mode from my sd.
But there cames the error = failed to verify whole-file signature
I read that there must a button to change that the signature check turn off, but in my recovery mode there is no point for that.
So i looked how i can update the recovery section but i dont know and i dont find something working for me.
Also my problem with rooting my device dont work with the 4.4.2 rom. I Found a rom called G900FXXU1BOB7_G900FDBT1BOB1_G900FXXU1BOB7_HOME.tar and with that the cf-auto-root-klte works on my phone.
My knox counter is now 0x1 but thats not so bad for me. I have no problem with that.
I Hope you can help me thanks.

Hello matthias,
it is important to know which recovery do you use? TWRP? Philz? CWM?

If you were on stock rom and just rooted with cf autoroot it sounds like you are still on stock recovery. I don't think its possible to flash cm via stock recovery.
I suggest to flash twrp2.870 recovery via odin...
