Thanks for the reply, but I found the answer. Here's a little advice sometimes it's better to say nothing than to be an obnoxious Ahole.

And which one was it now?

It's not my fault if you don't know how to use Google. Or are you just being lazy ?
There are numerous disassemble vids with description of the tools you need on the Web.
And where did you find it now ? At the butchers store ?

Original Poster/Source is also in this forum. I tried to find the original link for the post but I can't. Credits to him, and if someone can find it please give a link. TY. The pics above are from a tutorial of the original poster for replacing the connector of the XDA I, but it should work well with the XDA II since that's how I'm syncing with my PC right now. Remember that pins 1-22 are left to right when your xda is facing UP (see below).
jo_iii Thanx a lot.
May be anyone can help identifying where path for pin #14 goes to? It doesn't exist anymore on my mb

ya... u remind me to make a youtube tutorial, but i forgot to take video while making it.
It's actually quite simple, all u need is patience.
1. search any picture u like in internet and print it out in scale suitable to ur note back area. Try to choose distinct outline picture (mine is dragon tattoo)
2. cut the outline of the pic gently using art blade.
3. paste it on ur Note back cover using normal glue.
4. buy any transparent / semi-transparent phone case to cover it up.
5. DONE!
nice work

I accidentally snapped one of the pins as I was cleaning the dust inside so I have used foil paper to "replace" it?
Anyone know what them pins are for? I remember seeing a diagram but I can't find it anymore

I think those are the contacts for the gps antenna.
Edit: Don't think foil is going to work, probably have an impedance mismatch now. Have you tried to see if GPS works?
GPS seems to be working fine to be honest. I tried gps status and toolbox app, Google maps and sygic and works fine

Well, if it is working fine, then its all good I suppose
Lol I just thank god I've got no major problems. I can't afford a new tablet lol

Hi there,
I am currently exchanging my defective camera module and suddenly a small white knob appeared and I don't know where it belongs to.
Does anybody have an idea?
Thank you!

Lol are u sure it came from the phone and not a piece of tool? (screwdriver end or something)
Try studying some take-apart guides if u are sure it belongs to the phone, there are plenty of them all around the web

Thanks for your answer I already checked many disassembly tutorials but could not find one where you see this little white bastard except of this tutorial: http://www.etradesupply.com/blog/how-to-repair-damaged-samsung-galaxy-s5-screen-and-other-parts-after-disassembly/ (See last image).
But unfortunately there is not described where it came from but I am quite sure it was within the device and not from my tools.
Found it!
If someone has the same problem: The white small rubber cap is located in the hole named as R2 (in the back, where the battery is located).
Thanks!
Should have put a banana for scale...
