I have a Galaxy S5 - 900H bought in Guatemala directly from my carrier of choose (Claro). I was wondering if I can update using the latest lollipop update recently release to Kazakhstan, http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/42815/G900HXXU1BOAD_G900HOXY1BOAD_SKZ/? It just to be simple but now Samsung has all this region locks and other things that I'm afraid to even consider trying it. Any help will be much appreciated.

i went to the samsung store today they told me that s5 g900i is not available anywhere and they dont know if they will get it or not. i searched many other stores like croma,ezone,reliance digital but they told me that the snapdragon variant is for countries outside india.from where are u and from which samsung store u purchased s5.
i brought the s5 exynos version so mods can close this thread

G'Day All,
I have a G900P model.. currently running Android 5.0
The wife has an Optus bought S5 and hers has upgraded to 6.0.1 automatically.
Am wondering if I can upgrade mine as well or am I better of sticking with 5.0 as it works fine.

G900P is sprint i believe which is American - not sure your phone is going to enjoy living in Oz
Think your better off rooting it and getting the sprint rom section in your favourites

I've tried too many times to find the 4.4.4 ROM version of the N916S. Unfortunately, none of that is possible.
So I try to ask for help in this great forum, can anyone provide ROM downloads?
I really, really want to go back to android 4.4.4.
