What is differents on this firmware?
Nothing. It has the same changelog as XXLT4,5,6,9 and other region versions.
See at http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-N7000. Easy to check here if really something new was released.
So there might be some different apps for the region/provider - but I didn't find one interesting new one in all these releases.
For XXLTA I didn't even bother to download it - or deodex...
currently im on MK2 BTU, but im getting major battery drain, tried hard resetting but hasent worked at all
can i flash back to my original 02 branded firmware?

not to sure might soft brick try it see what happens just have your current software ready

Im running mj7 now. Updated to mk2 a few days ago then downgraded and its fine. Apparently you cant go to a firmware version with a lower bootloader, but i have yet to try.

yes i have just downgraded now from btu mk2(serious battery issues) to my original 02 branded MJ7
Yup you can downgrade from MK to MJ7 as MJ7 is deemed a safe fall back option in Samsung's eyes. Done it myself a couple of times.

I updated it last night, what's new in this update? It says only stability improvement.
