Ne way to hide CLIR ?

Is there ne way by the reg. to hide my CLIR (no. sending to other device while calling or display my no. as a private no.) ?

Try: start/settings/personal tab/ phone/services tab/caller ID/get settings
you will get 3 options:"provide my caller id to: everyone, no one or only to contacts"

i tried this buddy but whenever i select it to hide , I m not able to dial ne call & as soon as i change it back its dialing again as normal .

i have no problem with that setting and I have also:
ROM version: 1.90.96 WWE
ROM date : 11/01/06
Radio version: 1.13.00
Protocol version: 42.47.P8
ExtROM version: 1.95.05 WWE
but my device is Qtek 9000

No u got it wrong its not the problem , its the way i want my no. shld b hidden from the person i m calling to or it shld display my no. as a pvt. no. on his screen.

if you are in india then this feature has been blocked by all cell companies on the directions of GOI

I too think so but is there ne reg hack or tool by which i can unblock this feature myself as there is a reg file named as CLIR & i have tried changing values also but still no luck .

This setting is moderated and effected by your operator, not your phone. These are standard phone settings on all phones, but if your operator has disabled it, c'est la vie.

Can you tell us more about your device, is it Niki or Neon and which rom you're using, radio and 20 keys or 16 keys.
I think it will be a lot easier to help you.

Okay that's a start, can you remove the battery and tell us what you see
For example if I remove my battery it shows NIKI100, I'm not interested in the imei, s/n and p/n only what is on the left side under your battery.

Need help with 20 Key WWE build
I have the 20 key Nike with a WWE build. The SIP is fine, but the hardware keyboard only inputs numbers. I tried the cab posted in the thread, but that changes it to 12 key. Is there a 20 key cab?

What codes do you want to access? If you need USSD codes then you can use something like Prepay Widget lite.
If you want to use codes to check tab status, I have not been successful using them with various dialers. A dialer is what you need for that.

*#1234# = Firmware Version.
*#2222# = H/W Version.
*#272*Device IMEI# = CSC

Hi, as title says, MMI codes not working on latest CM7, but it used to work on offical 2.3,
Is there any solition or anyone else having same problem ?

ok dont know if it will work for you but it worked for me
add comma (,) in the end of the code
example:

step-1 ) uninstall extra+info from the phone storage by changing date+time to 2200yr
step-2) set new install app to sd card into the storage setting app
step-3) change your region to china and reboot phone
step-4) register your phone for devloper using devloper register app
step-5) open the store and download(nokia update) http://www.windowsphone.com/s?appid=443f4d2f-4182-43ea-b732-841a2ccbdd7b
step-6) open nokia update app . you can see the two extra+info and extra+info(universal) .now download extra+ info ...at that time store dont give popup like "this app must install on phone storage" .by this hack you can install into SDcard..:highfive:
so, we are ready to interop
step -7) set storage sense to phone

are you register your phone for devloper using "Windows Phone Developer Registration 8.1"
then you can sideload or install 2 xap

actually ,
---> almost lumia which have 1GB or more ram is running on windows mobile 10. so,its easy to intrope by intrope tool.
--->remaining 512 mb ram device used this trick before but after arrive windows phone internal its easy to introp and boot unlock.
--->but if u dont need to to boot unlock then you can use this method ..its easy but lts lengthy. so most of them use WPI....
amd also its a good tool..i also used that to introp unlock....but i posted this because it can helpful to someone.

After step 1 shouldn't the phone be reset to actual date i. e. 2016? With that you should be able to download extras+info.

Sorry, but no. It's NOT working.
I am also unable to install Extras + Info. Same error as in post 11.
Please give us working settings for region/language etc so we can install the app in step 6 of your tutorial.
BTW I'm trying to do this on 640 XL, OS 8.1.2

This combination may worked for me
Switch your phone language to English (in) then try it......ot must be work

i am sorry to say .... but it's not working with respect to your video.... in lumia 630 with windows phone 8.1 denim update... i think it may be patched my microsoft... what do you say ajay about this ? actually, i checked the WMManifest.xml file its conatins are kind of encoded... maybe, that is the real problem behind this.. and maybe.. it is not working with all phones... maybe your phone might not be patched for that bug....

First....
Don't rename apps>appsxx...and open wmmanifest.xml....n u can see its not encoded.....
After renaming its encoded....
So you have to past vcreg to that folder without rename this folder ...
If you rename then its always show loading.....bcz you put file don't decode because it actually not encoded......

does this method works in other apps like mixradio or preview for developers.
i couldn't install that extra + info app it's showing up that " it's not available in my region or software is not upto date. " i changed the region to china as mentioned but its not working !

i already have english(india) language installed.... i mean its my default language..
even though i tried to do it again but didn't work... and issue persists.. " extras + info not available for my phone "

I have followed your instructions to the letter, but setting region, phone language and speech language is not enough.
I think that phone model & country variant might be responsible for the problem. I have 640XL RM-1067 059X1H4 country variant.
OS is window phone 8.1 update2 , latest for the 640XL.
What phone are you using? Model, country variant and operating system version?
