Two things to note here
1- never ask etas (estimated times) on XDA - updates will be provided when they are ready & if everyone constantly asks for updates all the time it's really annoying & not very helpful for thread maintenance
2- the op of that thread hasn't been updated in two years - very much doubt it will be now

Either find a gb theme for the ics rom
Or install xposed framework http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/xposed-installer-versions-changelog-t2714053 and then install the modules for the tweaks you desire
