Is there any way to convert I9505 to pure Galaxy s4 I9505G with doing no damage & get official update automatically.

[Q] after kitkat update touch screen of my lg g2 doesn't working

guys kindly help me out in this regard i did update of kitkat on my lg g2 via lg pc suit everything went fine but now my touch screen is not working and there is no network on my lg g2 mobile kindly help me out how to correct it
