OTG will be support or not in Yureka, If yes in my mobile its not supporting. Kinldy guide me if their are any setting for this.

No need for settings
Check different USB if your existing one is not detecting in phone,

To flasj kernel just place kernelxxxx.tar or kernelxxxx.tar.md5 in pda box and flash it...and flashing completed
