Turn off the heating of your home. U don't need it anymore!
Always after flashing new rom, factory reset your phone. In my experience you need to do that.

Is there any way to disable SELinux on this? I already tried extracting the boot.img and repacking it with enforcing=0 appended to the kernel command line. Unfortunately it gets enabled during boot again. I need this disabled for Viper4Android.

از چی طریق آپدیت کردی؟ کدام رام ره استفاده کردی؟ بعد از آپدیت فکتوری ریست ضروری است. اگر از ادین استفاده کردی از رام اسکاندیناوی استفاده کنی بهتر است و د آخر همیشه فکتوری ریست. انشاءالله موفق باشی

روم اش را از summobile دانلود کردم بعدش از طرق اودین 3.7 نصب کردم و بعد از نصب 3 مرتبطه فکتوری ریست کردم اما همچنان وایفای اش روشن نمیشه
I've just installed lollipop on my s4 i9506. At first attempt I've faced some trouble to enable wifi. But after make a hard reset and reinstall it, I got my phone is working great.
I've got root access without problem.

I own a S4 i9506 and have decided to install android 5.0.1 as soon as the OTA version was available. In general I like the implementation, despite SAM has not implemented some Android L characteristics, like multi-user support or the possibility to stick apps.
For me BT is strange as well, because I use a mi band and most of the times before sync I have to clean cache or stop/start BT proccess. But at least is working.
Recently, nevertheless, I discovered a serious bug related to Ant+ protocol. I own a ant+ heart monitor and it works fine in my friend's s4 with android 4.4.2; When I try to find it using S Helth, it just can't find the accessory, which battery was replaced to avoid the chance of any problem with energy. I downloaded a ant+ heart rate app from google play, that should read the info from the belt, but when I start it, a brief message appears informing that there is no ant+ hw available and that I will need a USB dongle to use ANT. Well, we all know that S4 is ant certified. So what we can imagine is that SAM has forgotten about ANT+ support on Android 5!!! By the way, my Ant+ app and ant plugins are installed and up to date.
Can someone confirm that?

You need full ant+ software for working monitoring and lollipop doesent have it yet. You can try to look up all the parts off ant software and try then. If you can look your frends phone from system/app and system/priv.app what all ant parts are and download them one by one and install them one by one. That is your best bet. Lollipop isnt nearly ready yet....

If you root you will probably loose your warranty and it would show it while booting up (phone/recovery/download) but you can probably un root and use triangle away (or anything else) and change the counter back to normal, and you will be back to warranty! Note: This method is not 100% fail proof but usually works!

Thanks but im new to bootloader and modem and these things . what i have to do . juat root by chainfire autoroot safe and flash cwm or philz recovery via odin then thats all just wipe and flash the rom ?

You don't need to root, you can just flash the recovery you want and flash away.

No bootloader issues and you can root it easily.. Knox won't be a problem but it would display an annoying notification.. So if u plan to flash another ROM then.. You don't even need to think about it! [emoji111]
I can probably imagine your situation. I was also scared of these things, like voiding warranty etc. But if you do all the things right, you won't need that warranty. I also take care of my device, never dropped it etc. and you know what? In August I will have my S4 for a year. The main reason why people don't mess with their devices is because of losing warranty. Take super care of your phone, always read important info before rooting/flashing etc. and try not to drop it/scratch it and you'll be fine without warranty. Nothing is better than experimenting with different roms, kernels - it makes our devices unique and we're not bored of them anymore.
Write down all the + and - of doing the things I mentioned and choose your path!

Yeah man thats what im in now coz i didnt make anything withy money for 6 or 7 monthes then i got the s4 . and for that im suuuper care of it.

The same i was doing with my old galaxy mini hehe. I dont know why i thought that it is harder mayebe coz the bootloader and knox are new things for me .

Bad news my phone Stop working
I have Note 4 ( 910C )
I got Odin and installed custom recovery ( TWRP )
and then i installed custom rom
after 1 week i want to back to stock
i dowloaded a stock firmware from sammobile.com
and i installed it by odin
BUT my device stopped at boot logo
i tried to install a stock frimware alot of times
BUT doesn't working
HELP PLEASE

Hey, are you absolutely sure you have the C Version? Which settings did you tick in Odin (only 'Auto-Reboot' and 'F. Reset Time')?
When you tick Re-Partition or Nand erase all you have a little problem now...

U must flash pit file first and make restart then flash rom
have you tried to format the system through twrp and then odin the stock?
i am stuck in a loop like this also, but only on 5+ stocks. 4.4.4 works and CM works.
load your applicable 4.4.4 in each slot on the odin and after clearing cache in twrp flash it. see what happens.

If you ever had flash the latest 5.1.1 firmware ，it seems that you can't degrade BL ，then you can only no the latest 5.1.1 firmware.

Yess
There is no need to flash pit file. If you watch the ODIN log you will see it using the pit info.
You need something like N910CXXU2COJ5
As stated above, if you use anything other than COJ5 it will fail because the bootloader is locked.
Flashing the pit file fixes broken partition info. Unless that is the problem, you don't need it.
If the PIT is detected, the installation will finish uninterrupted, but if the PIT is not detected or it’s corrupted for some reason, you might get “Get PIT for mapping” error.
You will see a fail error, “Invalid Ext4 image“ if the partition information is broken

Plz do not Flash firmware of another variants on your phone. The model number is different it could brick your phone
I'm now attempting to port Android 6.0 SM-J510FN firmware to SM-J5108, but have no ideas cuz I didn't study computer in school...

Can I use J510FN firmware or custom ROM on J510MN w/o problems ir I would expect some bootloops?
probably would boot loop so don't do that
I wouldn't try that if I were you. While it is most likely that there will be a boot loop or the device will not boot at all, if it does, there is going to be some problems with WiFi and Bluetooth modem due to varying baseband.

This model is not rootable, the bootloader cannot be unlocked. You most likely bricked your phone and now its useless.
