I was wondering how one sends a "sound & shot" photo. I tried MMS, gmail, and chat on but all just send the photo without audio. Also recording .gifs in the camera with "animated photo", a nine second gifs is 29mb and there's no way to send that.

I too do not see a way to share sound&shot pictures. Samsung ads show these shared, we can sue Samsung I bet they did not release the shared feature yet in this software that was most likely rushed to market.
My animated gifs come out at 700+ x 400+ pixels and at most 8Mb in size for most "animated" ones. Make sure you let a small part of the pic to be animated. That is the beauty of it actually - making one little detail move while everything else is still. If you want everything to move, just take a video.

Ahh I had to trim the gif and choosing a specific part to animate helped too! now we need to figure out the sound & share issue.

The new Google Now update enables our baby to take pictures and record videos with our voice commandment...one of the scenarios I can think of is that while driving and the X is docked on windshield...and it is sunset out there. Without shaking the phone, a picture is captured :victory:

I tried it but it only opens the camera app. Is there a specific command to get it to take a picture too?

Sadly no...I was over-excited. Sorry about that. It is just I have seen so many things that I wanted to record while driving before...and both of my hands had to be on the wheel (chicago snowy days). And I thought this might do the trick...can autovoice do it..just curious?
At least this new command saves me from shaking the phone...all I need to do now is just a quick touch.
Since they put the camera in the play store and can issue updates via gapps, I think they should integrate voice commands in the camera app like other phones. For instance have a settings for it to turn it on and use Google now to open up camera app and be able to say "cheese, capture, record, etc"

The note 3 does that, it's definitely possible.
Moto X developer edition
It's basically remapping the triggers

Was pretty excited when I saw this thread and then was quickly disappointed when I tried it and the only thing it did was open the app. I still had to interact with the cera to actually take the picture or record the video. It'll be pretty cool if/when it actually does though.
Was wondering if anyone found a good call recording app for the Moto z force. Had call recorder pro on my Samsung gs6, which worked great, no so much on the Moto z force. Any ideas on a good app.
Total Recall. No root required, and has multiple methods of recording the call. It's free for limited use, but the couple of dollars a month are well, well worth the features.
I use it all of the time. Auto record and auto upload after call.

I'm using Drupe contacts app atm. Gives me the quick opt-in to record any call via in screen pop-up button. I'm gonna look up total recall as well.
Hello everyone, I'm doing some research about Fitness and Smartwatch's / headphones. I will use this information for YouTube videos in the future and would love it if you could spare a few moments to take part in my 2 surveys ?
