i have problem with my Samsung Galaxy Y
and i want to install custom rom in my phone..
and i search how to but.. ( I already know how to install it )
i need to wipe all my data..
in my sdcard i have alot of songs and videos..
will it affect my SDcard??
im serious pls help me
(i'm installing JellyBlast)
(i'm already rooted)
(and any information how will i install it too thanks)

In cwm under mounts and storage you will find each partition
You need to
Format system
Format data
Format cache
None of the above formats the sd card - There is a separate option to format sd card
Once you have formatted each internal partition you need to mount them all
Select the partition so it changes from "mount system" to "Unmount System" and so on
Now you can flash any stock based rom
Please note that the rom you mentioned is banned on xda & I'd advise you against using it for alot of reasons which I'm not going to go into

Hi everyone,
I am trying to install Netfilter on my x10 mini. I have checked so many forums, and now I have so many programs on my phone that I have no clue which one I need. I have Netfilter on the SD card in the file manager. How do I go from here? Do I need to copy it somewhere? Or can I install a different ROM that supports Netfilter? Sorry, but I guess I am what you call a noob.

I have installed XDuosV3 2.0 for Galaxy Y Duos ROM but I would like to install a different theme, as I am not pleased with the current phonecalls listing and SMS menu.
Can anyone help me finding a different theme and how to install it?

Now that it is correctly placed, can someone tell how can I change/install a theme that replaces the one that came with [ROM][KERNEL] XDuosV3 2.0 for Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102 ...
is there any chance to change the theme without messing with the system? My problem is the sms menus and the call list. When I don't answer the call, I can't figure out to which card the call was made. That's why I want to change the theme.

I have a Samsung galaxy y S5360 Smartphone with a cyanogenmod cfw. i want to use this old phone as a gps tracker! my Problem is, the phone dont start in normal mode after i connect a ac Adapter. is there a solution so that the phone starts everytime in normal mode? i found a file in /System/bin/charging_mode ! i delete this file but nothing happens! can anyone help me please?

Many times and i found some processes but it Doe's now work for me i tried many times with the MultiRom manager i get an error after selecting the second ROM and when reboot the MultiRom Manager is not there anymore
