Hey guys,
Today I was playing around with my phone and I decided to check out the new smart lock features that came out with Lollipop update and by doing that I saw that Trusted Faces option isn't present in Smart Lock menu so does anybody have an idea how to get this feature on our S5 ?

Samsung has blocked face recognition in S5. Sb mentioned, it could be connected with trying to focus users on fingerprint sensor.

well i have facing some problems with my S7E injustice edition , it was working pretty awesome back in days , but all of sudden i got CAMERA FAILED error , i thought maybe it was Rom error as from past few years i use stock OS in all of my devices so i thought maybe if i reflash the stock rom then the problem will go away , so i flashed android 7.0 but the problem is still there , one thing i also noticed that i m not able to turn on the torch in the dropdown menu , feels like its somewhat stuck in between ON/OFF , so whats the possible fix for this ????
here is the pic for reference

Hi everyone,
My cousin recently got the Keyone. Is was up and running perfectly with no issues. Today he let me know that the fingerprint scanner was not working and when he went to security option to see what the problem was the the fingerprint option in security was missing. Please advise how to get it back.

I had same issue within a month of using it. Had to get a warranty replacement. Don't know what exactly caused it. Although this problem happened within a day of me installing the app Fingerprint Quick Action app from Playstore!
I've a V20 H990DS from about a week, the firmware version is V10g-AME-XX.
I have problem with a annoying warning that come every time i start bluetooth...
Is there a way to stop it?

On my H918 if I use the quick settings on the second screen or basically activate the Bluetooth using the 2nd screen shortcut then that window will not pop up.
As far as I know you would need Xposed and gravity box or something similar to disable it or it would need to be worked into a custom ROM from my understanding.
I sell this phone...
Sorry for the strong delay in the reply!
On my old Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 16GB with latest GearCM (CyanogenMOD) i have a direct desktop shortcut to record a stories on one of my instagram accounts (image attached). Recently this phone crashed. I bought a new one Samsung Galaxy S8 SM-G950FD (Exynos) with latest official ROM. Install Instagram and i can't find this feature on it. No direct link or shortcut, or widget at all And it means for me that i have to make many clicks to start a storie record instead of one click with direct button...
Somebody help me with that, please. I need this shortcut.

So far I haven't found a way to disable the pull down quick settings panel (wifi, bluetooth..etc) on the lock screen. I was hoping that at least the lockdown mode was gonna do that but it doesn't.
What's to stop somebody from turning my wifi off while I'm downloading something? That level of control shouldn't be available on a locked phone..
Last week a friend enabled the wifi hotspot on my locked phone and started watching youtube videos on their device. I am not sharing my hotspot password with them again. I can't afford that with my evil monopoly megacorp of an isp..
Disabling the pulldown settings should be an option or at least integrated into lockdown mode imo. I'm quite sure this issue exists on a lot of android firmwares and not just lineage
